When the only tool you have is a hammer, every problem resembled a nail. This quote by Abraham Maslow helped us understand that there's really nothing but tools. Language is a tool, the way we walked the tool, we could intimidate other people. Or maybe we have to run really fast because they're small and we could be eaten or beaten up or whatever, you know. So if you look at your talents as tools, then what you want to do is expand your toolbox. And that's what I do in my courses.

That's why I love learning about new cultures. That's why I travel and that's why I always sit down with other people and see what makes them tick. You know, whether they're an artist or an engineer or a doctor or lawyer because I Want to expand my toolbox? And then when I go and teach it escalon and propontis other places, what I do is I share tools, because I honestly think that that's the best that we can do is these are the things that keep me at the high end of my happiness range. They work for me, and why don't you try them out. And so when the only tool you have is the shit you learn from pop culture and video games and whatever, you're just going to be doing the same old same old all the time.

So I advocate that everyone should just continuously be enlarging the toolboxes and try to find new solutions to old problems.
