The best part of being on a team is learning about each player's different personalities, strengths, and weaknesses. The silliest player may be brilliant and compensates by being silly because he could be bored with the program's speed. Conversely, a silly player may lack skills and hide that well. Another player's gift may be that he is highly compassionate and needs to be given a task to make the learning more purposeful.
Learning each player's personality and abilities comes with time. Everyone will become more aware of each other's gifts and talents the more opportunities you give everyone to shine.
