Hello and welcome. This is Octavia Brooks sermonic success mentor. And welcome to this program for switching from being unproductive to being productive, as well as gaining focus and prioritizing your next steps. When we're feeling unproductive, it can take a lot of different forms, maybe we're distracted, maybe we are going in too many different directions. Maybe we are just taking so much time to figure things out. And sometimes we are just feeling really heavy, and uninspired and unmotivated.
All of these different types of scenarios have at the root cause a set of emotions that are creating an object stickle in our path to moving forward and getting back in our motivated flow state. And even though these patterns of unproductivity all seem very different, the underlying emotions are creating this heaviness in this anchor that are pulling against you, pulling you back and holding you back from being able to get back into your passionate, motivated, creative flow state. In this code of visualization, the first thing we're going to do is have you connect in with these feelings. And then we're going to go through some processes that transform those feelings with a guide who is your highest self, the part of you who really knows how to be productive and knows what that flow state is like. That's where they live. That's where they spend all of their time.
And that is who is going to guide you through this transformative process, and all the way back into your productivity, please enjoy. So begin to close your eyes and take some deep breaths into your heart space into your body and begin to get present with yourself. And first I'm going to take you into your emotions. Sometimes I just feel like I want to lay around or watch cartoons. It's really hard for me to connect with my, my passion for what I'm doing. How is this for you?
Where are you experiencing your emotions physically, when you're feeling productive, so go back into a moment when you're feeling stalled out and unproductive. What are the physical sensations that you experience when you're feeling unproductive? Where do you feel those in your body? So when you're feeling unproductive when you're feeling unmotivated, how are you feeling in your mind? I know my mind gets sometimes it just feels like it's going in 50 different directions and which ends up making my mind feel like I'm just spinning and spinning. It's challenging for me to just focus on one thing to get it done.
So that's one aspect of unproductivity that I experience. Where's your head at? So begin to connect with these emotions. Acknowledged acknowledge your feelings. Because the longer we try to push away our feelings and power through on productivity, there are parts of us that are asking to be acknowledged. And they're a big part of what's blocking us from moving forward.
So, maybe acknowledge that you have some resistance to doing what you have on your to do list or acknowledge you have some resistance to allow yourself a moment to drop into your emotions and list them off. I feel a little bit I feel a little that feel a little that allow those feelings to be present. As you start to experience these feelings, you may notice that you feel kind of heavy Not being in your flow feels like you are just clogged up and constricted and restrained on all sides of you. Collectively, all these different feelings weigh on you. Allow yourself to feel all those feelings and all of that weight, that heaviness. Imagine that these feelings are like a mud on you, they're holding you back.
They're a weight on you. weight on your chest, weight on your shoulders, a weight on your back. All of these heavy heavy emotions, all of them so many different emotions. And in your imagination begin to see this as heavy, thick mud. You're so surrounded by the thick mud of your constricting, strangling emotions that you can't even move. So we're exaggerating how awful and stuck that is to be unproductive.
Go into those feelings now and use your imagination to connect with just how stuck you're feeling. Now, in the middle of all this anks in difficulty and struggle to move forward, begin to imagine and notice a light beginning to appear in your chest, in your heart space. in your mind's eye in your imagination, There's a little light beginning to shine and it's beginning to shine more and more brightly. And as this light shines a part of you, comes out of the center of you out of your heart and begins to stand in front of you. And this is your productive, higher self, who has heard your call through all of these difficult struggles to move ahead to make progress to go forward and is standing before you now unaffected by the mud and you are still feeling so held by this constraint and constriction and this light, bright, productive part of you, takes your hand through the mud they can reach it Connect to you and they begin to pull you forward.
With the assistance of this part of you, you find that you can move just a little bit, you begin to wiggle out of those chains and restrictions of the heavy mud all around you. You can breathe a little bit better, and you begin to take some very slow steps forward, it still feels like you've got an elephant on your chest, but your higher self is encouraging you and pulling you forward through the mud and you begin to get a little bit more momentum. You can move forward just a little bit Faster you begin to develop an awareness that on the other side of the mud is actually water. And while you can still magically breathe with all this mud on you in the water, you are moving ahead and the water is washing the mud away from you. It's washing the mud off of you. Now as you continue to walk through the water, gradually all the mud is washed away from you.
Washed away from your neck and shoulders. All of that heavy weight of those emotions falling behind you washed away from your head, your eyes, your face. Now you are just being pulled by your higher self through water. And the water is still a lot of weight to move against push through, but it's better. And now you notice that your feet are starting to hit a slope. What you're walking on starts to incline.
Your higher self pulls you up this incline and your head pops above the water and your shoulders pop above the water and you're walking up the syncline and making your way toward the shore. With less and less resistance, you're able to walk forward until finally the water is ankle deep and you come out onto the shore onto a plane. bright, sunny day, taking a deep breath of the sunlight, feeling the sun on your face allowing this beautiful sunlight to penetrate you to penetrate your mind in particular. And as you allow the sun into your mind, fuel the sun, bringing that fire light to go through all of your synapses, all of your synapses getting bright and enlightened. All of your synapses getting a blessing of this bright solar energy. Now you bring in the sun into the top of your head and into the center.
Have your mind centralizing force in the middle of your mind that creates focus, bright, beautiful focus. Now your whole mind is lit with the bright sun. your higher self wants you to notice that there is an amazing staircase nearby appears to be made out of crystalline translucent glass. It's just beautiful and you begin to walk up this spiral staircase and as you ascend the spiral staircase, you notice the air on your skin. Air is getting a little cooler and fresher and as You enter these realms of air where the air is so crisp and clear, you take on those qualities. Air penetrates your mind and allows you to think more fresh thoughts, clear thoughts as you ascend the spiral staircase to enjoy the fact that you're lightening up, getting lighter and lighter.
And now you can start to see where the staircase has a landing. take a pause here, on this landing you begin to and your higher self your productive self gestures you over to a magical glass desk and you sit down at this desk and papers begin to come out of sky above you. And each one of these papers represents one of the ideas you have for your next steps that you should take. These papers are coming from the highest most knowledgeable source about your purpose and about the most affected steps that you can take next. As the pages float down, you may notice some of your ideas coming up in your mind. And the page either lands on the desk or it floats away.
This is your own internal guidance system, helping you to realize what are your top priorities to achieve financial success to achieve your impact you want And so noticing how each of these pages falls down, illuminates what the idea is, and whether you get to keep that idea and take that next step, or whether it's going on a later pile with all your ideas getting evaluated and as this process begins to come to close, the next steps that are the most important are now on the desk in front of you. Now the pages begin to magically move around on the desk and they begin to sequence themselves and the exact perfect sequence of your most perfected next steps are now clearly displayed on the desk in front of you. Take a deep breath and drink this information and allow it to be really clear. know and trust that the information that you're receiving right now, no matter what form it takes, will be obvious and apparent in your life.
At this moment, your highest self your most productive self taps you on the shoulder and spins you around in the chair so that you are both face to face, looking directly at each other. your highest self who has been Your companion in this entire transformative process reminds you of every beautiful step that you took all along the way. You can be grateful for being able to clear all those heavy emotions that had been holding you back from your creative, motivated, passionate flow state. You can be grateful for the son who lightened up and brightened up your mind, who created a center of focus so that you can take all of your next steps with a great degree of focus. And you can be grateful for your inner knowing and wisdom, who showed you exactly how to prioritize your next steps from here. Your productive self smiles at you for everything you've accomplished together.
Next, they are nodding at you and telling you it's time. And with that, this most productive part of you steps right into you and settles into your body, your mind and your emotions, helping you integrate everything you experience today. Enjoy these feelings and these sensations of integrating all of this wisdom and completing your transformation for today. began to come back Now gently pat yourself down. return all the way back to the room where you're in.
