Hey, welcome back. In this video, we're going to talk about how to set up your automated one hour YouTube pro system. I'm actually going to walk you through a process right now that you can use to get started and show you exactly how to do this. So here's the process real quick, five steps. The first thing you're going to do is get the product reviewer to go through products and determine each products features and benefits. So you're going to have one person going through the products or multiple people, depending on your scope right now.

They're going to go through the products that you want to promote. They're going to pick out you know, what are the features? What are the benefits? What can you use in your videos, they don't have a writer write a script for the video based on the product review. Okay, so whether it be a copywriter or someone that has experience with this, either way, have someone write this script and then have a voiceover professional read the script. Okay?

And it doesn't necessarily have to be professional. You know, it can be you. And while you're watching these steps and listening to me here, be thinking about which one of these would be probably the step that you should be doing what really seems the easiest to you or something that you would actually like to do. Then you have a video producer, create PowerPoint slides to go along with the voiceover script. Then step five, now virtual assistant, upload the videos by views and SEO the videos. Okay, so virtual assistants are great.

You can find virtual assistants in the Philippines that you can pay 40 hours a week at a fraction of the cost of what a 40 hour a week person would cost in America. The great thing about the Philippines too is they speak very good English and they take a lot of pride in their work and Typically, when you're working with someone in the Philippines, they're not trying to take your ideas and steal them and do their own business. Okay? It's a very, it's a job run society. And they take a lot of pride in having a 40 hour a week job. So you may have to go through a few virtual assistants and we have a really great outsourcing expert course you can go through to get more information on that and how to actually make sure that you're getting the most out of your virtual assistants and you're giving them everything they need to be successful.

And you should go through that course if this is something that you're really interested in. But just remember, real quick process. And three and four actually can be done in combination. You can actually record the PowerPoint script while you're reading it. Okay, so I'm right now I'm, I'm creating a PowerPoint. I created the PowerPoint presentation, but I'm actually I'm actually reading this PowerPoint and recording The audio at the same time.

So I'm we're recording the screen and the audio. So this could really be done in four steps. So you just need to choose which step that you would like to do. And then just outsource the rest. It's that simple. The more you can get this systematized, the more you can make this like a factory, the more of these videos you're going to be able to get up, the more money you're going to make, because not every one of your videos is going to, you know, hit the top of Google they won.

Okay, you're going to have some videos that do better than others. The ones that do well, you won't really have to do much to ones that aren't doing well, you have to go in and tweak a little bit. So the more of this you can do the better get people to help you figure out what step you like and then outsource the rest. Now because other people are handling each aspect of the process, this model is completely scalable. I mean, you can do a lot with this model. You can, you know start doing this with more people.

Okay, so you could have multiple videos going up in a day if you wanted to, when one person runs out of available time, you simply hire someone else to help them. Okay? So this is how you can take 140 hour day and turn it into an 80 hour day, or 120 hour day. And that's really what we're talking about when we're talking about scaling up. As we're talking about multiplying people's time to really take place in the 40 hours that you have, you only have 40 hours in one day. But if you've got four people working 40 hours, that's 160 hours right there.

Think of all that can be accomplished with the right processes being outsourced. And this is the right process. I know that some of you are watching all this and saying this is great, but I don't have a lot of startup capital to do this with you know, what do I do if I don't have a dime? And in the next video, we'll go ahead and And handle that we'll talk about that. If you've got a little extra money to play with, then you may just want to start doing what we've talked about in this video in previous videos, start outsourcing these processes.

Pick which one you like, you may just want to manage all of this and outsource the whole thing, which is fine. It's completely fine. Many people do that. So thanks for watching these videos.
