They observed who did a good job and what is going well, people use both characteristics, but they have a preference, they feel more comfortable acting in a certain way. Therefore, the people use logic to analyze problems and think pros and cons. They focus on facts and principles. They're good analyzers. They focus on problems and tasks, not relationships, they might ignore the personal and emotional impact of their decisions. On the other hand, people that count on feelings as people count on personal values to understand a given situation.
They focus on the values of the group or of the organization. They're good at understanding people and their perspectives. They focus on harmony and relationships.
