Hello, today, I tell you how I finished my work on time every day, no matter how many things I have to do. In other words, the pyramid technique. It's Wednesday 7:30pm at the vida household, and I just got a call from Andrea, an event organizer. She suggested that I participate with some new materials at this year's event. Last year, I held a training called help I need more time, which was very successful. It was a great experience for me.

A lot of students participated proactively, which motivates me to participate this year as well. I was wondering what kind of discussion would be useful for such a public. And then it hit me. It's Wednesday, and I've already completed all the tasks that I was supposed to do. This week, I released an online time management course, I held two trainings. And after I'm done recording this, I will go celebrate with my friends.

Four years ago, I would have been dead tired after two days of working in this rhythm. But I now feel very lively and productive. This is mostly thanks to a technique that I will be presenting in this material, the pyramid technique. I invite you to remember a normal day of your life. started by looking on your to do list. It's empty.

Look at your calendar. It's empty. This means you're fit day. That is, of course until you've had your coffee. However free or they may seem your chores start together. within one hour of arriving at work.

You have this huge list with all the little things you need to do. You work condemn your card on them. And before the day is over, you realize there are still some important things you haven't gotten around to doing. And you leave them for tomorrow. And tomorrow you do the same exact thing. Look at this image, the day I mentioned earlier, is that they spent at the lowest level level zero.

It was they spent working on small tasks that don't really take you anywhere. If you start with them, you will finish with them. They are so numerous that you never seem to see the end of them. The first and second level tasks are a bit more difficult, and there is a tendency to postpone them for later. Do you remember when you were in your last year of college and you had to work on your graduation paper? It was always the last thing on your to do list.

And before getting to it. There were so many other things to do that you just have to live it for the next day achievers see the big picture there. On the second level, they set goals for themselves, and progress on working on them despite all the other unimportant tasks they have to do. And yes, some of these unimportant tasks get postponed. Let's say you want to get a job in a successful company, you define the exact steps to be made in order to get there and start your day by making one of those steps. Only after you're finished all of the tasks that lead you there, you continue with the level zero tasks, the result, you're on your way to succeeding.

Obviously, you will also have some postponed tasks, perhaps more than usual, but what's important is that you're on your way to achieving your goal. How to use the pyramid technique. First of all, don't start with level zero tasks. Set your priorities and objectives and aim for your wildest dreams. Determine what steps you need to make to get there to achieve your goals. Start each day working on the next three steps of your way to achieving success.
