So what are the 10 most commonly asked questions that I found patients had. I've answered each question individually. But you'll find as you go along, that the process of gaining weight, and the overlap with other health issues is very interconnected. But the reasons are logical. And this process will allow you to make changes that impact on all of the questions. However, because there is so much overlap.
I encourage you to go through the courses systematically, even though you may find that certain questions seem to resonate more closely with you than other ones. But first of all, I want to summarize what each each question covers in a brief one liner. Question one, how does a slim person process food? If we understand this, then we can get closer to understanding what happens either to keep slim, or to become slim again. Question two. How did I get fat to begin with?
This seems very obvious. But in actual fact, it's far more complicated than just eating too much. Because we all know some people seem to eat vast quantities of food, and yet they remain slim. And other people eat the same amount of food and they balloon out. Question three, why do people responded differently to the same foods? Sometimes even within a family, one person will be read slim, and another overweight, what happens in the body that impacts on that result?
Why do we crave carbohydrates? This is a complex situation and the result of many possible influences in the body. And I have addressed most of the influences that causes craving that we seem to get Question five.
