Question two, why do we get fat in the first place? Now, this seems quite an obvious question. But to understand how to lose weight, it's important to understand what are the players in the first place in this process of gaining weight, other than just eating too much. We need to look at our hormones and how our humans interact on this process. And the best way to do it, is to look at some practical examples. So we're going to look at someone who genuinely eats just enough food for the basal metabolic rate, or does a lot of exercise or activity.
We're going to look at people who occasionally pick out and of course, we all do that, and how that impacts on long term weight gain. And of course, we're going to look at someone who over eating regularly or exercises and burns very little in the form of activity.
