I want to summarize where we've got to so far. Our genetic makeup, our lifestyle, our stress levels, our hormones, our nutrient levels and what we eat, how much activity we do our toxin levels and even our attitude or impact on our weight gain, and how easily we lose weight. But what's important to note is that there is no one size that fits all. But there are certain behaviors that we can change that will positively impact on our health and our weight. And what is wonderful is that we have the power to change these and reap the benefits. So if we're going to make changes, what is the number one change that we can do that will have the greatest impact?

And the first empowering change that we can make is influencing the hormones that will make us fat. And what are these fat hormones, the hormones that have the greatest impact on fat, insulin, leptin, and cortisol. And everybody has some control over these particular hormones, because they have external triggers. And that's what we're going to do from now on in this course. We're going to go through how we can influence these particular hormones.
