This week you will discover the result of your sleep efficiency and establish if your insomnia is mild or severe.

You will practice sleep restriction, this will be the most difficult part of the training.

I guarantee if you do this for the next two weeks, it will result in more restorative sleep. It is a rough patch at the beginning, but you can do it.

My advice for good learning this week is :

  • day 1: video 2.1 and decide if you need 2.2 or 2.3
    • video 2.4 is an option for shift workers
  • day 2: video 2.5 and audio
  • day 3: video 2.6, 2.7
  • day 4: video 2.8, 2.9
