Hi,

I am so happy you joined the program.

In order to have the best results, I would suggest you invest four days a week to go through the weekly material.

Then you have three more days to really integrate it into your sleep practices.

It is very important to every day fill out your sleep diary and weekly calculate your sleep efficiency.

Once your reach the target of 85% or more sleep efficiency, you scientifically, do not suffer from insomnia anymore.

How to calculate it becomes clear at the beginning of week 2.

For now, start to fill out your sleep diary every day, this first week will be a baseline measurement.
