Welcome to week 3

Just one last week of sleep restriction to endure, you can do it.

Calculate your sleep efficiency of last week:  sleep book: p5-7

You divide the number of hours you have slept by the number of hours you have spent in bed.

Did your sleep restriction already increase a bit, or not?

Don't worry both answers are possible, it will be important to see the result at the end of this week to evaluate the effect of your sleep restriction period.

Rest assured that by the beginning of next week you will add minutes to your time spent in bed.

  • day 1: video 3.1 and 3.2
  • day 2: video 3.3 and audios Jacobson
  • day 3: video 3.4 audio complete breath
  • day 4: video 3.5 audio mindfulness cookie
