So the first thing I want to talk about is what social media is. And what social media is, is a great free word of mouth advertising. Okay? Most social media has their own advertising that you can purchase, which we'll talk about. But it's also a great free word of mouth advertising. Your posts can get shared, your posts can get like your pages can get shared, when people write on a wall.

All their friends see that they wrote on that wall, their status updates. So social media is a great way to have a conversation with your market and your customers. Okay, social media is a great way to, you know, you know, ask a question and have your customers come back and answer it. Okay? So if you're trying to decide on a new product, if you're creating a new product, and you want to roll something out, asking your market is always a great way to get started, mainly because your market is going to tell you what their pains and frustrations are. They're going to Tell you what they want.

So when you create your marketing, you could speak their language. Social media is a great relationship and trust builder. So social media is great for creating relationships, and building relationships with your customers. If people like your page, if they follow you on Twitter, they trust you. They like you. They want to buy from you.

They want to hear from you. So, social media is also an awesome customer getter, but mostly a customer keeper. I'm gonna talk to you about what I mean by that. But because social media is so great at building and fostering relationships with your customers, it's a great customer keeper.
