Hey guys, hope everyone's doing well. I am really super excited to be sharing with you this technique which is called gin chin jitsu. Now it's kind of a tongue twister so I, I like to call it finger pulsing now, this is a healing modality and what it does, just like our feet and how we did we use reflexology, where because our feet are connected to different organs, so our hands Believe it or not, and with this technique, it's really great because you can do it anywhere. You can do it watching TV, you could do it at work, you can, you can do it when you're feeling you know, energetic, overwhelmed, personally for me, you know when I'm out and I'm in a very busy place, you know how you start to get like that anxious feeling that overwhelmed feeling. I like to do it then. And what it does is it simply allows me to come back to the moment and it also touches on different meridians of the body.

So it really allows us to bring our energy back into focus and calm our nervous system. So how powerful is that. So if you have ever experienced energetic overwhelm, which I'm sure if you are watching this video you will have this is a powerful tool. And like I said, it's so great because you can do it anywhere. And it's not like meditation where you have to go and close your eyes and like focus in you know, obviously, I love meditation, but this is something that you can do and nobody and still have a conversation with someone and nobody knows that you're doing it. So again, I like to call this finger pulsing.

And what we do is you can start on either hand, and it's as simple as starting with a thumb and holding it. Okay. And while you're holding it, you want to kind of find the The pulse within the thumb. So I found my pulse. And you just kind of want to hold it and just stay mindful of the pulse. And you want to hold it here for anywhere between one to two minutes, whatever is comfortable for you.

And just allow yourself to become centered and grounded, still focusing on the pulse of your thumb. And then once we're good with that, we want to go to the index finger and doing the same thing, we just want to stay mindful of the pulse within this finger. You know, taking nice big deep breaths, allowing ourselves to, you know, release any of that negative energy that might be in our own system. And you want to hold this finger again for one to two minutes, whatever makes you feel comfortable. And then once you're done, you want to go to your middle finger, do the same thing. Find the polls.

Stay mindful, love it. Take nice deep breaths. And then once you feel like that's good, and you want to continue doing this with every single finger, right and then go on to the other hand. And just do this the whole time, staying mindful of your breath and taking nice big deep breaths, while focusing in on the pulse of the fingers. And it's funny, because just me doing it. Now I'm not even in energetic overwhelm.

I feel a complete shift within my energy right now. I feel calmer. So, again, this is a very simple technique, you could do it anywhere. Nobody needs to know about it. And like again, it doesn't matter what hand you start on, but you just kind of Want to Hold started a thumb and make your way across all 10 fingers. And you'll notice, I feel like I started noticing, like a calmness like my my ring finger.

But again, everyone's different. So just do this with every finger. Just stay mindful the whole time. And this again, this is a really great tool for when you're dealing with energetic overwhelm, or stress or anxiety or whatever the case may be. So keep this in your empath toolkit.
