The second way to improve the vocabulary is to austrack and to analyze any previous documents that you have access to, on your computer or network, full stop new line. When you do this comma, Dragon will look through the selected documents and give you the opportunity to add any words to the vocabulary that it doesn't know. exclamation mark, new line. I'm now going to add some new words from a list in a document that I have created to show how this works dot dot dot new line. To do this, please click vocabulary on the dragon bar click learn from specific documents Then click next without changing any settings.

Now click Add folder or add documents and Browse to select your chosen file or folder. Then click Open. And you can actually do this more than once to select more than one file if you want to. You can now see your file in a document list. Click Next. When done, click Next.

You will then be presented with a list of new words together with the frequency of use. Click the checkboxes of the words you wish to add or Select all of them. Click check all. Then click Next. You may wish to train any unusual words and to do this, check the boxes again. And then click train.

This is not strictly necessary for what I would call standard sounding words. But for this list, I'm going to click the train button. And then dragon will ask me to say each word one at a time on palach out speckle Paul Paul Paul Russias cop emulation Cloquet sesquipedalian. When finished, click Save. Then click Next. And you can see that Dragon has adapted to my writing style.

Now I click next, and then finish. Let's quickly check the vocabulary to show that those words have gone in. as we did in the previous example, open vocabulary editor. Change the display to customers only. And there you can see our new words. Even if you do not add any new words, comma, Dragon will learn about your writing style and become more accurate as a result, exclamation mark newline.

If you have installed dragon to a computer, where you can access any of your previous documents, comma, you might like to try this technique dot dot dot New Line. Another good idea when you start a new project or piece of text with new words, comma is to create a Microsoft Word List of these words and ask dragon to analyze it in this way, comma, as we did above, will stop you line.
