About the Class

This course is organized into 3 sections:

  1. You will increase your strength, tone, posture, and coordination while getting a repertoire of foundational belly dance moves
  2. You will be dancing 8 different traveling combinations
  3. You will graduate to the cardio workout section. In this section, you will belly dance non-stop to gain cardio endurance using the moves you have learned in the above 2 sections

Who should take this course?

  • Beginners willing to commit to a 20-25 minutes workout 3-5 days a week will see results within 2-4 weeks
  • Individuals who don't want to go to the gym and would like the encouragement of a teacher
  • Beginning students who prefer to exercise in the privacy of their own homes
  • Students who wish to learn the foundational structure of belly dance and basic torso, arm, and leg movements

By the end of the course, you will gain fitness and simultaneously gain artful skills in the beautiful art of the belly dance.
