Hello, hello, I'm Rebecca scale Welcome to class number two of the course empower yourself today and make your life a heaven. I hope since class number one that you have been envisioning, practicing that personal power of your creative visioning your heaven in many, many ways, different ways that work for you, however your creative works. So my hope is that you've been practicing that power, because today you're going to be introduced to another power. Let me say that this course does go along with the book you can make it Heaven, how to enrich your life with abundance and loving and also the journal keys to make your life a heaven. Okay, so once again, I encourage you to quiet your environment. I have to have some water here.

Maybe you want to light a candle if you'd like. Let everyone know in your house that you're about to To spend some time with you, and honor that, let them know to please don't disturb you, even your pets. Maybe silence your cell phone or put it on mute, turn off any kind of distraction, Facebook, email, Instagram is going on. And if you are on your smartphone somewhere, I hope you're somewhere quiet that you can focus in on this course. So let me share my screen here for a moment. All right, so I don't have the image up today.

But we're going to begin again with centering, centering in that light column. Remember last time we had that visualization of that light coming all the way down through the center of the bother body into the center of the earth. So we're going to begin there again today we're going to add a little bit more on to that. Okay. So if you if it's convenient for you. We're going to close our eyes and as you close your eyes begin to focus on the breath, easy inhalation and exhalation.

Letting the body relax, letting the mind go quiet. There's anything that's going on in your environment, just know that you can focus within. It won't be a distraction and this is the time for you to begin to Tune into the greater reality, the heaven of who you are. So we're going to begin by focusing creating that center column of light. So once again, from the top of your head, all the way up to source, whatever you call source. Imagine that a beautiful column of light emanates from that source.

Coming down, touching in just to the top of your head. Maybe you see it, maybe you sense it, maybe you feel it. Maybe you intended coming all the way down through this physical body using the breath sending out the root chakra into the center of the earth. Maybe you feel the bottoms of your feet, the soles of your feet tingle just a bit or maybe your legs vibrate or you feel energy in your legs from the earth. Again, however you experience this is just right for you. So again, we're going to come back and focus on this light of who you are, this column of light.

And in this class, we're going to begin to expand that light out beyond this physical body. And we're going to do that by focusing on the breath. It's like every inhalation expands. It just does Little and then your exhalation, maybe it contracts again and then on the inhalation expands a little more. And then on your exhalation, perhaps it contracts or maybe not so much this time and then expanding it with another breath. And using the breath, we just expand this light out around this physical body.

We're going to go 360 degrees around the physical body of the head and below the feet, forming a beautiful or light, sometimes called the aura all around this physical body. For this centering in the light can also Be Used to surround yourself with light for upliftment for protection for energizing yourself and also for letting go. Everything that's not just going to be your personal power in class number two. So just for a moment before we in this centering in the lie, just see if you can sense the light around you. See if you can see it, see if you can Intuit it and ask yourself, What am I experiencing? When you're running, open your eyes.

Good beginning. Alright. I don't know about you, but I feel more present. Okay, so let's begin. This is class number two. So, remembering that this class, empowering yourself today will create an inner experience of wholeness give you tools to clear habitual shame, blame, limiting beliefs and judgments.

Introduce yourself to your truth introduce you to your true self. The part of you that knows what you truly want. Expand your experience and what is possible in your life and reveal the personal power powers that if applied can assist you to co create your life as a heaven. So here we are six personal power is class number one, we've done creative visioning. And class number two is letting go. Okay.

We talked a little bit about letting go. Have you noticed that this life experience asks us to let go a lot. You know, this was a revelation to me, I think I'm kind of in my later years, the second half of my life, where I realized that, you know, I spent a lot of time letting go. Not only letting go of what we're going to be looking at in this course, but we let go of all kinds of things in our life all the time, we're asked to do that. In fact, I'd like to suggest that if we don't let go, often, things begin to back up. It's kind of like the log jam happens and Of course, we all know what happens when we don't let go of personal belongings.

We get storage unit after storage unit after storage unit of things that we're holding on to sometimes when we're holding on so tight to something that really backs up our energy. So I would like to suggest just generally for you right now, we're going to be looking at a specific area to let go of, but just in your life, maybe you could just take a look and go, Well, where is the energy not flowing? Maybe I'm holding on too tight. Maybe I really need to let go, let go some things. Let go of some people in my life, let go of some activities, let go of some responsibilities, that really don't really work for me. Yeah, there's a lot of different areas we could take a look at in letting go.

And when we declutter our life on all levels, it opens us up to the new. If you're going to create your life or co create your life and empower yourself to make your life a heaven, you must have space. You must have new space. One of the reasons we don't create our life, it's a heaven or are we say, Gosh, I'd really like this. There's no room. There's no room in our life.

How often have you heard yourself, say, or someone else say, Well, I really love to do that. But I just don't have the time. Yeah, you do have the time. If you really want it, if it's truly what you want, but first, we might want to clear out some space. Yeah, so today, we're going to take a look at letting go and the power that you have around that. And I want to say sometimes when I talk about letting people get really scared, it's like oh, Do I really have to let go Well, we're going to talk about letting go of energies today, letting go of energies, because one of the things that we really want to have is clear open channels, if you will, to receive the abundance of the blessings of who we are and that is our heaven.

And if it's all cluttered up, can't get through. Okay, let's let's do this. All right. Okay, here we go. All right. class number two personal power.

Letting Go. Okay, I'm gonna take a little water. I want to say by the way that I'm in this. I hope you Read this first section of my book, Lindsey, new, Lindsey new. What is it? new possibilities.

There it is. In the second part of the book, I talk about limitations. And actually life story treasures and traps, which is chapter five is a lot about letting go. And there's stories throughout this particular section in the limitations of letting go of being trapped in our story, being stuck in our habitual responses, about our family of origin about well, this is just what my family did, or this is just what I'm used to, or this is what I was told or whatever. Yeah, those kinds of things. And that's actually what we're going to take a look at today and letting go.

But chapter five really is about letting go. But there's also other areas in the second section of this book, when we want to look at letting go like our black white thinking. You know, very You know, black white thinking can get us in a rut? Our mind chatter? Well, we don't so much let go of mind chatter as we begin to open up to other let's say areas or abilities, powers of who we are. And then the mind chatter doesn't bother us that much.

And then of course, we're going to get into the masks of fear a little later. So just want to say in the book. So we're going to begin let going, let go of energies, energies, like I said, if we want to open to the abundance of who we are to the blessings of who we are. All of that is in the unseen, it's in the dimensions. Now I'm going to use words that may not sound very familiar to you, but just consider them dimensions, realities of you. Greater reality, have you, they haven't have you.

And so it means it needs to be cleaned out, needs to be open so we can receive, right. So if you'll notice in my image, I have an image of some hands that are kind of cooked. And then you've got a lot of light, you've got a lot of energy around this and I've picked this image because I wanted to kind of give you a visual of what I'm talking about here. Anytime we want to let go of energies that no longer serve us. I'm going to lead you through a process in a moment where we're going to do this certain emotional reactions that we have a situated in our life like disappointment, or like depression, or like anxiety and energies. And we want to release that certain thoughts, habitual thoughts that we continue to do over and over and over again.

I'm not enough or I'm a fool, or you're really stupid or, well, that was really dumb or you don't have what it takes. Those kinds of thoughts have an energy. And if we want to clear them, we must clear the energy. That's why it's not just enough to change your mind. I know that's a very popular teaching in our culture, and even though it's a good step, we must really we release the energy around these habituated thoughts and feelings, otherwise, they don't clear. They don't clear.

And when we set the intention to do this, then what clears This is the greater reality of who we are. But we must be willing to let it go. We must be willing to say I'm through with this. I don't need this anymore. Okay. All right.

So Let me see what's next here, okay? All right. So this is the exercise I'm going to lead you in. And I wrote this out on this slide, so that you could follow along with me. And we're going to do this a number of times, we're actually going to do this three times. And so the first time, you may want to just read it along with me and do it.

And then the second time, maybe you can close your eyes. And let me just lead you through it the second and the third time, so that you really get what this is and can experience it can experience it. And this is going to be the exercise of letting go that I'm going to suggest you do for your class practice outside of class. It's an exercise that I've done for many years in the wisdom school with people, giving back all kinds of things, releasing all kinds of things. And again, it's experiential. So it's something that you must practice to begin to really explore What this is, okay, so this is the way it's gonna work I would like you to cup your hands in front of you, much like that image that you had.

And just for a moment, let's just pause here and consider what is it that you want to give back? What is it you want to let go of? Let's say that well, before we clap our hands, let's let's walk through our life for a moment. Maybe you even want to pause the recording and do this and write this in your journal. Okay. Let's take a look at your family of origin.

Let's take a look at your mom, your dad brothers sisters, if you live with grandparents, aunts and uncles, cousins, all of that let's take a look at maybe some habituated thoughts and feelings that are still hanging around. Like, you know, maybe you felt like you were really the black sheep of the family. Or it didn't seem like they paid as much attention to you as they did it to the other siblings. Or maybe there was a neglect or abuse. Or maybe you grew up in a house where you had to be perfect to be loved. Or maybe you turned out to be the child that had to take care of the parent because of what was going on.

You know, it could be a number of things, all kinds of things. So maybe just kind of review your family of origin for a moment. Take your journal out, just make a few notes. What is it that you want to let go up? And if you need to pause the recording, go ahead. Then let's go through your growing up years, your school years, your schooling years, look at teachers, let's look at classmates.

Let's look at bestfriend boyfriends, girlfriends whatever situation circumstances in your school years again also family. there anything that's hanging around about that? Did you feel popular or not? Good. Were you shy? Are you ridiculed?

Did you feel like you know everybody had it together and you didn't? Did you feel like you fit in and belonged or not? or whatever else was going on in your family? Maybe there was something that happened in your family in those years. That's still hanging around some sadness. Some grief, some tragedy.

Maybe you moved. You didn't want to have been anything So again pause the recording and just jot down a few things you might want to let go up and now we get into adult years 20s 30s 40s 5060 7080 old you are but again let's just kind of scan our adult years and take a look at you know the life that's happened maybe there's been a divorce maybe there's been children or not maybe there's been jobs and or moves or maybe you're a creative person and have been working in your creativity putting it out there all these times maybe there's been disappointment setbacks. Maybe there's been things that you were counting on getting, you know, maybe a position a promotion, client clients, whatever didn't happen whenever Maybe you've had a life threatening illness. Maybe you've had some loss. Again, pause the recording and take out your journal and what is it that you feel like you really are ready to let go of?

Okay, so now we probably have a list few things, a lot of things. So just take a look at the list that you created and pick something maybe you were told a lot that you were selfish, you want to let that go. Maybe disappointment is something maybe it's resentment. Maybe you find yourself angry a lot. Maybe you feel like you're separated. And you really want to feel connected.

You know, it could be anything on any level. Okay. And also I want you to identify a person that this seems connected to. And again, don't give this a lot of thought, maybe it just kind of pops in like, wow, I hadn't thought about them in a long time. But here they are. Okay, but maybe you know exactly who that person was.

Maybe it was a big person in your life, like a family member or a mom or dad or a spouse or, you know, someone like that. So, once you pick a person, that this is connected to this, feeling thought experience, energy that you want to let go of. Okay. And again, if you need a few minutes, pause the recording. And, again, don't try to, you know, make this hard, just let it pop in. Maybe as a group, you know, maybe it's like a whole group that you want to work with.

That's fine, too. Okay, now, let's go back to the hands. So what I'd like you to do is I'd like you to cup your hands in front of you like that image I showed you. And I'd like you to imagine that you're putting in your hand, they experience the feeling of what you want to let go. I'm just going to pick disappointment, because I'll just work with that as an example. Okay.

So I want to put disappointment in my hands. I want to put the energy of disappointment. I want to spend just a half a minute here, just getting in touch with disappointment. Now that feeling of being let down, not getting what I really wanted. You know, almost like close to tears. Maybe I even hear something like somebody says something to me.

Okay, I'm putting all that in my hands. I'm thinking about a person. giving myself a minute to see who wants to come up. My dad came up, okay, I'll use down. All right, so I've cut my heads in front of my gut, or my solar plexus, somewhere in this area of your body. This is where you want to give it back.

This is the area of your body. Actually the holds on to these energies, believe it or not, right here. Okay, so I have my hands cupped in front of my gut, my solar plexus and I say out loud or silently, I'm going to say it out loud to demo. You can say it out loud. You know, there's probably no one around you. So whatever works for you, dad.

I'm giving this back to you. I've been carrying this but I don't need it any longer. I set me free and I set you free. I'm going to extend my hands out in front of me. I'm going to take another nice deep breath, like I'm giving it back. And on the exhale, I release my hands.

And I pause. And I allow spirit to do the clearing. Now, when things clear for me, I feel it. You may have felt something, you may not have felt anything. Doesn't matter, whatever. You're doing it.

You're letting go. Again, this is a power that you practice. Okay? All right, let's do it again. Again, take a look at your list. Pick something maybe it's the same thing.

Maybe it's a different thing. See, where am I gonna pick this time? I'm going to pick resentment. Okay, so we'll put resentment in my hands. I'm going to take a moment to feel the resentment. Maybe and I'm going to see who pops in.

Okay? Somebody popped in. Okay. All right. So once again, I have my hands in front of either my solar plexus or my gut. And I say out loud or silently and I'll say it out loud.

I'm demoing Sarah. I'm giving this back to you. I've been carrying this, but I don't need it any longer. I set me free and I set you free. I reach out my hands like I'm giving it back. I take a nice deep breath.

I release. Let my hands go. And I pause and let it be clear. Okay, now, let me talk a little bit about this exercise and then we'll do it again. Because I always get these questions when, when I do this command. That's how I do it.

Okay. All right. Why do we connect this to a person? We can pick up energies from people. We can pick up things that are ours. We can also be connected to certain people because we're still carrying around disappointment, resentment, anger, grief, separation, loss, rejection, abandonment, all of those, we can still be connected to them.

So what we want to do is we want to release them We want to set them free. We want to set ourselves free. Notice we're not doing this with any kind of shame or blame. We're not getting into who was right who was wrong, what they said what we said, none of that. We're just simply letting go, we are willing to let go have the energy of this and let it clear. Let us clear let our energy clear, because we want to receive our blessings, right?

We want to live in our heaven. Correct. So we've got to let all this clutter go. Right. Okay, so let's do it one more time. Get back to my screen here.

Lips, what happened to my slide? Oh, there it is. Good. It went away. Let me take a little bit more water here. Maybe you want to drink water too.

Okay, so, again, take a look at your list. Maybe you want to work with the same thing you've been working with, maybe you want something new. Again, I'm demoing so I'm going to choose something new. I'm going to choose sadness. And you know my granny popped in touches me. I cry sometimes.

It's part of what I do when I teach, okay. So, cut my hands in front of my gut or my solar plexus. Again, may want to close your eyes this time while you're doing this one. You say out loud or silently granny. I'm giving this back. I've been hearing this but I don't need it any longer.

I set me free and I set you free. Reach out to your hands like you're giving it back taking a nice deep breath And on the exhale, let it go and allow spirit to do the clearing. That was a big one surprises me what comes up in this exercise. Okay. So that is the letting go exercise. Now this slide is going to be available to you for you to go back hopefully and you may have, hopefully pause the recording and write it down.

In fact, I'm going to do that right now. I'm going to go back to this slide and I'm just going to pause it so you can write this down for yourself and I'm going to get a tissue when waiting you pause the recording so you can write it down. As you can see, I'm very authentic in these courses and classes that I teach. I never know what's going to show up. That's part of the power. Okay.

So, power number two, letting go. This is a surprising power. You will be surprised if as you practice this I said if you practiced it, I'm going to assume that you are going to practice it to let go. Don't be surprised what pops in. Just start letting go. Just like I demin demonstrated, you know had no idea granting was kind of come in This is something that your consciousness is in charge of the spirit of who you are is in charge of.

Don't try to figure this out. Just go with it. All right, so let's go to your classwork. Practice what judgment limiting beliefs shame or blame Can you let go up today And remember, you don't need fixing you need loving. This is one of the keys in the new keys and you can make it heaven. And letting go has everything to do with realizing that there's nothing to be fixed.

There's only you to be loved. And we're going to look at this big time in Lesson number three. And by again, I didn't write this down in the class practice, but I suggest you start Reading in the self limitation, part of the book for next time. Also, I hope you're continuing. You're visioning your creative visioning for heaven. This is an ongoing thing.
