Hello and welcome to the positive power of being neutral. I'm Adam kaduri here with Roy Maloof. And in this section, I'm so excited, we're going to share pure awareness through the heart, which is one of the biggest keys to getting neutral. We're going to cover so much here. And we have an amazing quote here from Byron Katie. So a thought is harmless unless we believe it.
It's not our fault, but our attachment to our thoughts that causes suffering. attaching to a thought means believing that it's true without inquiring. A belief is a thought that we've been attached to often for years. So this kind of gives us the perspective of fourth create our feelings and we suffer, because unconsciously unknowingly, we've bought into that belief. And I was at a seminar. Next slide.
So I was at a seminar or somewhere I heard this, where's your head with your heart or lead with your heart, or your head will destroy you. And I've been repeating this over and over again. And it's been, I don't know where it came from where I tried to search for it. Maybe I came up with it. I don't know, I can't claim any authenticity here. However, leading with the heart, as we find is the most powerful force that one of the most powerful forces that we can use to aid us.
And there's so much research on it from heart math, showing that the heart is 5000 times more powerful than the brain electrode. magnetic fields. And I've used it to even get one of my clients neutral. So, the mind forgets but the heart always remembers. So the mind is always remembering. As we are conscious, the pain, the suffering, the bills, the kids, the, the attention, everything it's trying to remember, do all these things, but it's forgotten the real essence of who we are.
So, as Van Morrison says, if my heart could do my thinking, and my head began to feel, I would look upon the world and knew and know that's what's truly real. So, again, Van Morrison completely expresses again, and I guess we've all heard the saying, you know, go to your heart for the answers, and really awareness through the heart is amazing. Would you agree Leroy? Yes. And and let's talk a bit about what it means to be in a state of pure awareness is another way of thinking what we've been talking about which is getting to neutral and peaceful. And being in a state of peace and calm is very powerful.
It helps us be in a place of no judgement. It actually helps us get to neutral. But also getting to neutral helps us to get into and stay in this place of pure awareness. And so a question you may ask is What do I do if and when I'm having difficulty focusing, or getting into this place or into neutral and so this approach is powerful oppose, record, recommend and include in this lecture, we're calling pure awareness to the heart and it's an excellent process to follow. Actually before starting the neutral process protocol excellent. And as I was reading Napoleon Hill's book, actually I was listening through audio book, picked it up at the library called grow rich with peace of mind, which he brought much later in his 70s.
And he emphasized a very important key that ultimately nothing matters. He taught millions of people to attain wealth and riches through Think and Grow Rich. However, now he had the experience of losing his fortune and then making it again and then even expressing to President Roosevelt, to get him to get over his acceptance of his massive depression. So ultimately, nothing matters and when you are grimly involved in getting when The world seems to exist only within your own circle of activities, when something you have built or brought begins to shut out the side of the sun. Remember, ultimately, nothing matters. Say it out loud.
Ultimately, nothing matters. And negative counsel by no means is talking about negative thoughts in your mind ultimately means nothing matters. Everything matters in its own time and it's all its place. And given thing everything it's true. Get reserve a small corner of the consciousness for the ultimate which maintains perspective, which recognizes the ages as well as today. It makes you more powerful, it makes you more of yourself and it makes you stronger.
So this is kind of something we need to keep in the back of our minds that in the process we're going to go through, we'll see how these, this phrase or just by being aware of this can help to clear the layers around the heart of most of us. So in this lecture, we want to model a process for getting to pure awareness in the heart, and we want to connect with something we've already been doing. Remember, we've done it discussed getting our energy to 100% strong every day. Actually, that is good preparation for deepening of sense of pure awareness. So right now, in order for us to lead you through this process, please sit in a comfortable quiet place and and and get your energy to 100% And if you haven't already done it, then now's the time to do it again. And one way to help is to close your eyes and breathe easily a few times.
And then keep, keep focusing on your central core, your midline until it feels completely strong. Now, a challenge we face is lacking self acceptance. And a step we take later in the course is to increase self acceptance. So we're building a foundation for doing so now, by using an expression of love and acceptance to this to ourselves, which is Thank you. I love you. I love you.
Thank you. So it's interestingly enough that I'm reminded here of the world I have Louise Hay. And she gets people in an audience, a little pocket mirror to look at themselves in the eyes. And to say this to themselves to say this, I love you. And it's very difficult for someone in the audience to do this. Many of our people find this difficult, but we're going to give you some tips now to understand this process and how it can melt away those fears those blockages.
So let's continue. Okay, so what we're doing now, we're going to do the reverse of the normal. There's, there's a saying of turning on its head. And it's we're doing this in order to further our acceptance. I love it. You know, we're used to thinking of expressing to another person.
And this case, you benefit by expressing it to yourself. And this may take some getting used to, as Adam said, and we had Louise say, hey was guiding people. So, to actually do so, say this to yourself a few times say it out loud. And, and also beyond saying it and even more powerfully, imagine that you are expressing it out loud to yourself, look in the mirror, if it helps, keep repeating as until you start getting used to it. And even till you start feeling it inside. And then we will build on that further.
And and by the way, if you're still doing that and not ready to go ahead, at this point, pause and and finish that to the point where you're expressing it Feeling it more comfortably. Then pick up again. And now put a hand on your heart. And as you take a breath, and express Thank you. I love you. I love you.
Thank you. Imagine breathing these words into your heart. Imagine these expressions of love expanding in your heart. So if I do this right now, breathe in and saying to myself, thank you. I love you. I love you.
Thank you. I just keep saying that again and again. And I keep expressing and keep feeling that focus that energy breathing into my heart. Hmm do that a few times. And then let's anticipate something that might be happening with you. So for many people that are guided through this process, we normally just sitting down with our eyes closed, feeling the heart, or feeling the heartbeat.
And what comes up is a lot of thinking, questioning, maybe confusion. And there may be doubts, fears resistance, anger or pain, feeling like we can't do it having negative self talk or getting drowsy or wanting to go to sleep. Plays persist. With this please stay in the in the center of your heart as as the author explains that it's very important to stay in there stay in the presence. It's Brendan bass, when she fully experienced her emotion within herself and just stayed with it stayed with the emotion and watched it and observed it. It was enough to become stronger and when we become stronger than the feeling the emotion, it literally just disintegrates.
So, practice, keep going, stay in there and possible other things that may come up. Yeah, sorry, go ahead. You can do this one little boy. Okay, so what if you find yourself resisting judging yourself or fighting it? Here's the point where we want to accept anything and everything. thing you were experiencing or feeling or thinking.
And it's by noticing what is happening. Oh my goodness, yes, I am judging, I am resisting. You notice that and then you shift. And you shift by once again expressing to yourself. Thank you, I love you. I love you, thank you as you continue breathing into your heart, or you can imagine breathing into those feelings.
And in a way, that's it. It's that simple. You know, you notice what's happening. And then you shift and you shift by expressing love to yourself. And as you persevere, you get better and better at it. And as a as a extra couple of tips, maybe it's it's up to you, but to just take it slow and let the thoughts come in.
Like a bubble, like the like that might come up, and then they will pop like a bubble and just turn back into the air. And that is the simplest thing that we can do is to just keep breathing. And being aware in the heart and whatever comes up, we just keep repeating these words and noticing these words, the feeling that they produce. See, it's interesting because resisting judging or fighting, gets you out of being neutral. So this is a way when you increase this awareness in your heart, you're actually helping yourself get to neutral. And of course, getting into neutral helps you be this place in your heart.
So if you think of being in the hard hat This awareness is like that expands and expands. It's like the ocean of awareness. And that stirs the heart. From there, it can help inspire your imagination, and what's even better, bring eternal joy to the soul. And so, as we get this eternal joy as we get neutral, as we increase pure awareness, each of these is reinforcing the other. So we're urging you to think of this as sharpening skill, to do it every day to keep getting to pure awareness.
We're urging you to get your energy to 100% every day and these will reinforce each other and help sharpen Your skill at being in this place of pure awareness. Any last thoughts, Adam? Yeah. The only example I can share with you is that I've been doing it really tough at work recently. But since I'm doing this teaching this course, I've been paying a lot more attention to staying in my heart. So I spend a couple of minutes, dropping into my heart and fully being aware of within my heart.
And when I'm there, it's the most powerful feeling because there's no thoughts and having no thoughts is actually a good thing. Some people can't stop thinking. Eckhart Tolle he said, Have you found the button to switch off your thoughts? It's like, you like, what? There's a button that gets switched off my thoughts and I just experienced a lot of You know, difficult customers and experiences happening and doing my job correctly. And still things came up.
But I just felt amazing pace and I was able to explain and, and and be in a in a state where I could remember and recall and just be connected to others and be connected to myself at the same time. And the environment, which it's really that's where it is. That's where the power lies. That's where the eternal joy is. So I guess that's all there is to say about that.
