The first point is, identify a root cause for distractions. See from which channel are these distractions originating. It could be internet, social media chats, or any personal issues that you might be facing. Second, become aware of the situation when you come close to the cause of distraction. For example, if you take a phone in your hand, become aware of it and decide whether you need to use the phone right now or not. If not, keep it very far from you.
And remove that thought from your mind that you need to use your phone. So become aware of the situation when you're going through the costs next time and try to Change that situation to a more productive one. The third is spend 15 to 20 minutes on your body. Do either jogging exercise, practice yoga, meditation, go to gym, or whatever you'd like to do. Do it for 15 to 20 minutes each day. This rate has a potential to make you both focused and dedicated towards your goal.
Fourth point is listen to motivational speakers, or life coaches and understand what they're trying to say. Pick one or two videos or quotes and revisit that read your code at least four to five times at a regular interval. Then only the thing that you were trying to understand or learn will graduate translate into your actions and you will become more positive over time and also start developing good habits.
