Posture reboot. Stand with your feet about hip distance apart and softly try to grab your hands or interlace your fingers behind you. You may be able to press the palms together, or if you're a little more tight in the front of the chest, you may have a little gap. Alternately, you could hold a scarf or a small towel. On the inhale, lift the center of your chest and reach your chin up high towards this guy. Exhale and fold over bent legs.
That means your knees are soft, they stay slightly bent the whole time to support the lower back. Allow your head and your neck to be loose and free. Let the weight of the head pull your spine long. Don't worry about the hands coming up or the arms coming up off the back. That will happen over time as the chest Muscles lengthen again. On an inhale, rise back up using your core pressing through the feet.
Lift the chin and heart again, before you exhale, releasing the hands down. This is an exercise and a stretch that will refresh your mental energy and recharge your posture.
