Here's your activity for this section to help bring in a new awareness or mindfulness around your own posture, what it looks like not just what it feels like, have a friend or colleague snap a photo of you when you're not aware of them doing it. Particularly when you're working, and you're probably in a less than ideal posture, you're going to take this photo and use it as the background on your phone. So you are reminded all the time of what you are trying to build from. Okay, this is a perfect reminder. Every time you pick up your phone and open it, you see yourself in a painful posture, you're going to be more motivated and mindful about the next thing that you do.
