The following general alignment protocol can be performed with the recipient sitting in a chair and you standing behind them. The most relaxing position is for the recipient to be lying down and you sitting in a chair facing the recipients head. Although most of the video instruction refers to two people conducting the protocol, it is very effective for self healing. That's why we have included extra content to show you how to perform the protocol on yourself. If you are watching this DVD for the first time, you may wish to pause some of the positions until you get familiar with them. It is important to ask your recipient for feedback on your pressure and each of the 40 positions should feel comfortable to them as you're stepping into a loose comfortable clothing, preferably no sleeves and remember both of you can do the breathing techniques throughout the treatment.
Some of the positions require you to concentrate the energy with fingers like this. This will direct concentrated healing energy to the area that needs the healing. The other positions are done with the hand flat like this. Keep the fingers together and you will often feel the palm of your hand warming up as this is where most of the energy is coming from. Before starting the session, right your recipients pain, tightness or stress out of 1010 being high stress, high pain or tightness, zero being none. To obtain advanced results, have the recipient wear an eye mask or close their eyes during the treatment.
