The most important part of the training happens after the training is over. That's the moment when you decide to dismiss it from your mind or put it to practice. Question. How many athletes would say I've trained? I'm in great condition. But I don't think I'm going to race.
Why bother? The answer? Not another question. How many real playwrights would say the final act doesn't really matter? The answer? Not.
The point is that talent, opportunity and the right circumstances should never be wasted. And by wasting, we also understand letting that settle over newly acquired skills, no matter what domain we're talking about. So if you took part in a training course that had reached you, at least content wise, wouldn't you use it We encourage our students to implement the methods and techniques provided by this course. So that at the end of the day, they have truly done something productive. Don't let this video be your last experience with active reviewing, check your calendar. When is your next training?
Let's add to it two of the methods you've just learned. How about horseshoe and empathy test to easy to learn easy to implement methods I call in and most of the participants from our less training with Roger have already implemented the methods he has taught us and we are not the only ones. After facilitating a public speaking session in Slovenia, a leader from an Armenian nonprofit organization came to me and said that she'd learned so much from the public speaking part, but not particularly from the exercises, rather from the reflection time taking by students at the end of the learning session. She told me she would implement these reviewing techniques into her own trainings around the world, you have already come a long way in understanding how active reviewing works. And what's more, you have acquired the necessary know how to implement it to the real world.
Now it's time for action train people you will be the better one may use the techniques you've learned here in your trainings, but don't stop there, modifying them, improve on them so that they best fit your trainer personality. And if you have a suggestion for a future improvement, don't forget to leave us a comment with a new version. We'd love hearing from you and we would greatly appreciate any variation that enhances the participants learning experience. Thank you for taking the time to go through this course and see you in our next one.
