Empathy test involves putting yourself in your partner's shoes and guessing how they would respond. It is best used after a paired exercise. Just ask pairs to stand back to back with the space in between each person guess if their partners answer by guessing the height of their partner's head. It's a fun game that develops empathy between pairs. Basically, partners get each other's answers using a hunted scale, raising and lowering their hand to what they think their partner's hand position is. to implement it, tell them to stand back to back with their partner and then take a step forward all A's answer your scalable questions by hunted bees guess the level of a stand by their own hand level, then tell them to turn around and voila.
The next question is for b2c Are we as guessing bs answer? It takes around 30 seconds per question plus 30 seconds chat in pairs after each revelation. The exercise works best after any paired exercise, or activity or after any linear activities where people move in a line or waiting turns in a queue. When used after activities where parents interact in some way, you will probably see an increase in team spirit, and you will certainly see an increase in empathy variations. One questions don't have to be about feelings as anything guessable on a scale tool, you can use random partners, though it's more difficult and results in less successful guessing. Three head hate rather than hand hate.
It's more fun, but less accurate for giving an overall score to partner on the closeness of their guessing five guessers can close their eyes. While they get on the bus Bart, you'll hear all the buzz and laughter when they first turn around, and on the minus, it doesn't work if partners did not notice each other during the event that your empathy test questions referred to. Roger says, often when working with a group, you want to check in to see how things are going. And that is often done by a question to the whole group. Empathy test provides you with a good alternative to that. Through pairing people up, people are not thinking about the whole group, they're just thinking about the partner.
But you as the trainer can look across the whole group and see at a glance, how things are going. So empathy test, gives you information about what's happening in the group, and also fully engages participants throughout the process.
