Welcome to the third module of the FSMA Masterclass! This module discusses the requirements in relation to Intentional Adulteration and Food Defense and as such compliments the Preventive Controls for Human Food (PCHF) and the Preventive Controls for Animal Food (PCAF) as discussed in the second module. There are four lessons in this module: 1. Lesson one is an introduction and overview, including a video of approximately 11 minutes. 2. The second lesson contains a video of 27 minutes and is on conducting a Vulnerability Assessment. 3. The third lesson is on Food Defense and includes a video of 8 minutes. 4. Final lesson, with a video of 9 minutes is on training and record keeping. Make sure you update the Detailed Implementation Plan Excel file which you downloaded as part of the first module as well, either at the end of each lesson or at the end of this module.
