In this video, we're gonna walk through how to correct past mistakes. So anytime that you've messed up that you've completely blown it, right, perhaps you didn't get the outcome that you wanted, we tend to still think about these kind of things right where we wish you could have done better. We hoped it could have been, you know, a better situation. And it's actually affecting us right now. So when you can correct past mistakes, and you can play a different scenario in your mind, you can no longer dwell on your mistakes. Okay, so let's go right ahead and jump into this here.
So with correcting bad mistakes, I want you to do this, okay. I want you to go back in time where you really blew it. Perhaps you didn't go for that you should have maybe you put, you know, 3040 50% and you should have given it 100%. Something didn't go like you had hoped, right. It just wasn't a great situation. Now close your eyes and watch yourself in a mental movie.
Okay? just about to make that mistake. Okay. Now just prior to that Exact moments when you're about to make that mistake, stop that movie, okay? Because we don't want to rehearse this negative incidents, right? Because it's only going to reinforce it right?
So what I want you to do is I want you to stop it, think about how that situation, ideally would have turned out if you could recreate the ending. So restart that movie and replace the old ending, right with a new ideal ending of it actually going very smooth, very well right? See here and feel yourself succeeding in that way in which you deserve now, run the entire movie from start to finish with the ideal solution happening right? At least 10 times. You're going to see how this is significantly going to change how you look at that mistake, right? This teaches the mind to create success in the future, because we've already rehearsed this and reinforced it with success, right?
That it is truly success. It's not amazing. mistake. So after you've watched the movie from start to finish from a third person's point of view, right where you're disassociating from it, jump into the movie and run it from start to finish with the ideal solution, as you see it through your eyes. And you want to hear what you hear, feel what you feel, and feel that massive success as it being truly yours because it is right, reran this movie 10 times, you want to make sure that you're running this enough so that you can get your mind to reinforce it right to reinforce this positive situation, because that past mistake never happened. Because you've reframed it.
You've changed that part out in the movie into a more ideal situation solution right. Now as you look back on your past, so notice how things feel differently. Your past has been enriched and you'll discover moving through the world more resourcefully. Just like I mentioned, you're going to see that particular situation in a whole new light. So Really, really powerful technique here, I want you to be able to utilize this at any given time that you have a mistake that you're dwelling on or something that is bothering you, right. So here's the five step process for correcting past mistakes.
So number one, watch yourself in the past in your mental movie screen, right up to the point where you made the mistake number two. At that point, stop the movie and think about what resources you need to add in what I do ending the movie would be like and then number three, finish that movie with the ideal solution of you behaving resourcefully and getting your desired outcome right. And then number four, jump inside the beginning of the movie and let it run from start to finish with the ideal solutions, seeing what you saw, hearing what you heard, and the feeling of what it is to get your outcome, right. And then number five, run that movie of the successes right 10 times to lock it in so that you can reinforce force that as it been true right in your mind, because you've corrected that mistake now and turned it into a positive.
So this technique here is extremely powerful. I highly recommend you utilize this and you run this 10 times to be able to correct any past mistake that you've had, you've gone through and change it into a more resourceful, positive situation.
