This course is comprised of different sections and include all aspects of our sobriety success method. First, we'll talk about getting started. And this section will talk about current statistics, health related problems, taking inventory, getting rid of triggers, detox, and your quit day. The next section is all about your physical health. And in that section, we'll talk about nutrition, fitness and sleep. Then we'll talk about your psychological health.
And in that section, we'll talk about your mental health, spiritual health and how to regain your confidence with intentional living. After that, we dive into your social health, and we'll talk about your family, friends and professional relationships. And last, we'll wrap up by talking about how to manage your triggers and talking about post acute withdrawal syndrome. With that being said, let's Let's jump right in and talk a little bit about the history of cocaine.
