Darla had recently finished her master's degree, but she was having difficulties finding a job with each day she became more depressed. Her friend Oprah was an optimist and told her to try keeping a gratitude journal. As the days passed. Whenever Darla began to think negatively, she remembered something that she was grateful for and stay positive.
