This movement is going deeper into opening the hips, the femur bone area and the lumbar spine into a full flow. It ends with with the hands on the shoulder nests. This is called the shoulder ness. It's like a little indentation between the shoulder, the shoulder muscle and chest muscle right underneath the collarbone. This point is very powerful in acupuncture, it's called letting go so it releases its opening the breath and releases tension from the from the lungs. emotional tension from the lungs while stretching the lung meridian with the other hand, so that would be very beneficial.
At the end of that stretch, we're going to hold the kidney and I'm going to afford fault with the thumbs and the fingers together. And that is a very, very powerful point to get the CI back into the lungs. So this movement works both on the kidney. And the lungs are kind of like the first movement we starting with, but it's a little bit more complex movement and it opens the body in a different way. It's really it feels really, really good. Enjoy it.
