Face the earth as you inhale, you wave the palms backward, you touch with your toes, and that's called an empty stent. Empty because there's no weight on this foot, it's empty. And then you go into a deeper empty stance allow you to take your foot up and step. you expand forward. And as you turn, you bring this foot to be parallel. You go all the way to the other side.

You sit down in a drop stand, going to fubu and a lunch. As you come up, you bring the back foot into the front feet. you inhale up and you exhale down. Let's do it again. Inhale. As you turn the hands, you can flip this foot to be parallel with the other.

You go all the way to this side. Here, you sit down, pumped together. Now, this foot, it can go forward into a gong boo position into both stand position and a lunch. Inhale and exhale. Let's do it in the flow.
