Hey, welcome back, everybody, Professor Paul here, congratulations, we're in the final section, you are an absolute winner. You're in the 1% of the 1% of people that get all the way through that actually do a training like this and get from start to finish, you are a true leader, a true winner, you are going to do fantastic out there. So just some final thoughts, a little bit of a summary. Just to wrap things up, let you know the most important key considerations to help you be a fantastic leader and to make it faster, simpler and easy for you to virtually guarantee your success as a leader. So we've talked about these things before, but again, this is the summary. These are the key pieces that you need to remember.

So we're going to reiterate, leaders never stop learning, learning equals earning. You've got to keep learning the skills so you can be a better leader. So you can have the new ideas create that great vision, that great path, and you can't share any skills you don't have. So keep studying, keep learning, just make it part of your daily routine. So it becomes a habit, these small steps repeated will complete any undertaking. And you can become a master in any area in a very brief period of time, simply by spending at least 15 minutes a day learning.

So here's some of the key areas to study. Remember, 80% of leadership and management is psychology. You have to learn some more psychology. And like I said, I've got programs on our EBT and NLP. why people do the things they do. These are great courses that will help you learn these areas rapidly.

You don't need a 12 year degree and $150,000 worth of education like I've got to learn these core principles in a matter of hours. Now the key thing too is that you want to make sure that both you and your staff have these skills. Next one is persuasion skills. You've got to become a master persuader. If you can't persuade anybody, nobody's going to follow your ideas. Nobody's going to follow your vision, in very few skills will ever make more difference in your career and your advancement in the amount you earn, and how high you go.

Then persuasion skills. You also need to learn time management Time is money, the essence of life. This is how you get ahead, learning how to work smarter, not harder. key skill very few people ever engage in insane, so get this crazy, great, unfair advantage by learning time management. And finally, learn motivation skills. Remember, people won't take the slightest action until first motive evaded.

So I've got a great course on ultimate motivation. So check that out. Once you can motivate yourself, you understand it from your perspective. And you know how to motivate everybody else, you'll be a true leader, a true winner. Remember, you can't teach your staff anything that you don't know, keep learning, keep earning, become a fantastic leader. Now, here's the key.

Leaders train their staff very well. Ask yourself this question, how well have you trained your staff? When I look at companies, and they had me come in as a consultant, nine out of 10 of them have no set training program. They do the basic things that corporate has told them to do, and they have nothing outside of them. So they don't have a real training program. I asked him, I said, Do you have a designated trainer?

Somebody does nothing but train your staff. That's all they do. I mean, these are large companies, they've got, you know, 200 plus employees and they don't have anybody training their staff. That's insane. Even if you have a small staff, you've got a dozen people. That's great.

You can purchase trainings relatively inexpensively, you know, put into your budget two or $3,000 to just purchase trainings. Why? Because it's going to give you 10s of thousands of dollars back in productivity. If you want to be a great leader, if you did nothing but study on a regular basis, like we've been talking about in the four key areas we've been talking about, and then go ahead and train your staff. In the four key areas we've been talking about persuasion, motivation, psychology, time management, your team would crush it and you would look like the best leader that ever lived lives or shall live. It's crazy how simple it is and how few people do it.

So good training He's going to increase motivation, it's going to boost profit, the better your staff performs, the better you look. That's what you need to know about that I repeat, the better your staff performs, the better you look, and the more money you make. So if you want to accelerate your career, you've got to accelerate your staff in their career. You've got to help them be smarter, faster, better, more productive. The simplest way to do that is trainings like you're doing here. It's so fast.

It's so simple, and it makes a huge difference. It can literally transform their lives and transform your business. You will look like an amazing leader. Why because you are. So I want to finish this by giving you the ultimate leadership success formula. One, hire the right people.

When I would go in I was called the turnaround King. I would go in and I would hire the right people. I would get good staff people, key members that I knew would be really strong in their positions. And then, as I had these key people in the top positions, I knew that they would take care of everything down below them. Therefore, I could deal with these 23456 people and know that I had my entire Corporation under wraps. To I would fire all the right people, this made room for the good people, right?

So I come in and I fire all the right people, and then they would hire all the right people. This got rid of everything that was dragging the organization down and brought in fresh new blood, which was totally committed to me. Not the old leader, me the new leader and was dedicated to doing a turnaround. Then I would train the hell out of my staff. I would have audio tapes, videotapes, I would have training sessions I would have Have group meetings, team meetings, I would have handouts for them, I would have resources for them websites they could tap into. I gave them everything I could to give them all the resources they need to grow and develop in their positions.

I knew that if I helped my staff to grow, my business would grow. So I made sure that I took and all my key people took a keen interest in growing the staff, helping them become more, be more and doing more. That created massive loyalty, massive efficiency, and every company I've ever worked with had an immediate turnaround. So my name is Professor Paul, I want to thank you for coming here today.
