In this video we're going to do some lower back strengthening. This is Leg Raises while on your stomach. Lay down in your stomach with your arms folded across your chest and keep your head up a little bit more. You can also lay it down if it's more comfortable. Now what you want to do is start by lifting both legs up at the same time. You can count to three and then put them back down.

Let's try 123 and release. Do this anywhere from six to eight times. Not if it's painful. The easiest way of doing this if that's a little bit tough is doing it one leg at a time. lifted up for three seconds and put it back down. Now the other leg 123 and down 123 and down.

This one too, you can do six to eight times with each leg. It's a great way to strengthen your lower back
