This one's a very serious one. And very, very important not that none of the other stuff is so important. But this one is really, really important. You have to sing the song. For the person who pays for the song, you must remember that we tend to get influenced by our audience. So when we are delivering a speech and we see people laugh at everything, we think, okay, let's be more funny.

We cannot do that what we have to do is who is paying for you to be who has invited you to be there you must remember, integrity means doing what you say. The person will come along and say I need you to do X, Y, and Zed. Please deliver it. So what I say to the person who's inviting me the host, let's say is I want to know what is the end result? What did they want the audience to go home with a mindset, a feeling in their heart, sometimes as I need them to be motivated, I had to teach and do a motivational training for wardens. And the request was to teach them respect.

But they needed to be inspired. So I had to teach them and respect means to find value. And it's to fine because it's guaranteed. I had to communicate that to the wardens, but also let them go home feeling inspired to apply that into the job the next day. So what does that person want you to do and your whole speech presentation body language, the way you dress must always be to watch Person requests, because you are there to serve them. That's what a good leader is.

We are there to serve. And a leader is a person that without them, you're going to stay where you are. A public speaker is the leader. I'm speaking to an audience who is staying with it. But when I give them the information in a way I need to deliver it for the person who asked, they're going to change. That's the point.

That's how we measure the speech. One of the stories that I want to share is, I was invited to be the emcee for a political book launch. And all the political parties were there and they were invited and they were all well dressed and everything. And it was very formal. It was done in a police compound and there was security and everything and then all the different political parties You know how it is they like to show off to one another the cause it to drive the clothes that they weigh. And there was another stood up.

And I was seeing what was going on assessing as you've been taught what to do on the day and I thought there's no ways I can do this. No ways on this planet Earth. I, Shawn colored in who I am. I'm just not that person. I'm not going to be able to do this. I called the guy over the guy who pays for the song.

She was grabbing the god behind her who didn't really care about what she was doing because he couldn't get his tie off quick enough because he was choking from his time he's color been so tight because what I was saying was making them laugh so much. And the two rival parties, this lady from the one party with this beautiful white cream, white and cream hat and beautiful dresses match, the guy in the blue suit fell and collapsed on top of each other. Laughing they hit.

So what we must remember is serving the person's agenda that pays for the song is that they must go home looking good. What makes you look good is that you serve their agenda. Remember, what I said is a person is only as good as the people that have around them. They've invited you and they want to go home going, Yeah, what a great decision that was. It's not a showcase to make yourself look great. They have to look great.

If they they're hearing you the zero, that is fine. That's what you want. It's your message that you want the people to go home with. And it's not about you. You have to make sure you are there because it is You stay by the way. What goes oh bunk?
