So in this part of our course, I want you to experience the technique. Before I use the technique in anybody, I always try them myself, because I want to make sure that it works on me, before I use it and other people. I also want you to experience the technique before I explain it. And before you try doing another people, after you experience it, then I'll explain the process. So for the first part, I want you to pick an experience which you feel okay with, but not great. If you look at our scale, a B here, don't choose something that's all the way up here.

That's absolutely terrible. Because this isn't the full blown session. I can't record your reactions. I can't see you, I won't be able to bring you out if you go into deep. So once you pick something that's around the V here, sort of in the middle of the scale, where you're ready to hear where I'm pointing, you're not really happy, but you're okay. As you choose that memory, think about it.

Notice you feel it somewhere inside your body. And as you notice the feeling you Body, notice how you feel in your body. Remember, we talked about memories and how we store memories in our body, but sub modalities and subsystem, just take note of how you feel it, how you see it, how you hear it, how you notice it, all the attributes, sizes that shape, the temperature, the texture, etc. You might want to take notes about it just to be able to compare it at the end of the session to see how it's changed. Now the next part technique, I'm going to ask you to see a dial up something similar to this dial right here. So if you see the year you have one side, which is your down the dumps, then you have to scale which goes with the gear from zero to 100.

And on the other side of the here, you're King of the Mountain Queen of the mountain. Now it doesn't have to be this style. It can be any Tao that you envision. It can be any scale of numbers that you envision, and it could even not be a dial it can be a lever doesn't make a difference. As long as you can move it from one direction to the other one direction you're feeling really bad. The other direction, you're feeling really good.

So what we want to do is we want to start it, we're feeling really bad, or wherever it is you are on the, on the scale when you think about that experience that I told you to think about beforehand. So you find it, find the dial, envision it, notice where you are on it, okay, whether it be a dial, or anything else. And then I want you to reach out and touch the dial at the point where you feel that you are so if you feel that you're in a 50 seat pointing to the 50 at a holder to be here with one hand wishing like this is facing a Wii U. Now, as I said, some of you might be 50. Some of you might be a 70. Somebody you might even be a 90s.

Since this isn't really such a bad experience that we chose, we chose something like somewhere in the middle. But for some of you, it could still be a 20 or 30. It doesn't make a difference. And what I want you to do is watch as I said, reach out and touch your dial and as you touch your dial I want you to point with your other hand to where you feel the dial inside or the feeling of the dial. Then turn the dial up. As you turn the dial up, I want you to notice the shift and changes that occur inside.

Now some of you might be able to just turn it up directly up to the top, and that's fine. Others of you, you might feel that it's stuck someplace and you can't turn it up. So what I want you to do is I want you to take your little magic screwdriver, go to that little screw in the middle of the guide or the lever and just loosen it a tiny Tad not too much, just a little bit, just enough so you can get it start moving. If you find the dials too loose, you can do the opposite. You can take out your tiny screwdriver, and you can tighten it just a tiny Tad just so that you have a little bit of resistance, but not too much. You can still turn it.

So once you get everyone gets up to 100. What I want you to do is I want to try turning it back and see what happens. Some of you gonna really state that grid because as I said, what we chose to do here is an experience that didn't feel so terrible and might not be so difficult to get up to 100 others of you, it might turn right back down again. If it does, we haven't yet finished. What I want you to do is continue to learn and get back and forth and back in forth and back and forth. Until you can't turn it back anymore.

It's stuck way up here at the top at the king or queen of the mountain. We're at the highest number that you have on new dial. Now some of you might feel a little bit sick. Some of you might feel a bit nauseous, somebody you might feel shift of energy happened inside. Some of you might feel shivers. Some of you might yawn some of you might start tearing any of those physiological reactions or any other ones you might be having our normal adjust the way that your body processes through all these experiences that are stored inside of it.

Totally normal. Don't worry about it. Okay, once everyone has gotten the dial up to the highest amount to the kingdom, the mountain, or to the highest number that you have here. What I want you to do is take a look back at that initial experience that experience that we had, I want you to notice what's changed about it. For most of you, it probably looks a little bit brighter, a little bit better, probably feel a little bit better about the whole situation of there. Being that it wasn't such a big situation to begin with the change might not be so great.

But another hand, it might be that it is great. You might want to also look at all those attributes that you took note of beforehand, see if the colors change, see if the shape has changed. You'll see the texture is change, the temperature has changed. Just take note of it. If it hasn't changed, don't worry about it. Nothing happened.

You still did the technique correctly. But for most of you, you will experience some sort of change whether it be in the attributes, whether it be in how you see the memory, or how you feel and memory. Next we're going to discuss how what we actually did here.
