In this section we're going to learn how we can change what we hold inside of us, and what was within our slate unconsciously, so that we can create changes inside our life. We first have to understand something, we have three brains inside of us. We have the Paleo cortex or lizard brain, which is also the unconscious brain. It is the one that's responsible for survival, meaning it feels anything having to do with reproducing, having to do with eating or food, and having to do with defending ourselves. It controls all our automatic processes such as our heart beating, our breathing, our lungs, everything that's unconscious, worked unconsciously without us having to think about it. It also searched for what is familiar, meaning it has things written down on a heart slate inside of it.
And whenever something comes into our life, it always goes in and checks is this familiar twist. We have this written are slaves ready. And if it is written in our slate, it's accepted in. If it's not within our slate, it's thrown out the window. Which is why very often you see people choosing the same exact life partner over and over each time the different pair of shoes, because you're always going to be attracting what they're holding inside of us themselves. The next comes a limbic brain.
The limbic brain is the emotional brain, it generates the emotions which lead us to our behavior. And the third brain is the neocortex. And the neocortex is there to generate the story to justify everything that we do. Remember, the emotional brain causes us to do things. The neocortex generates a story which explains why we're actually doing it, which is why very often people will sit there justifying their actions or say, Well, I did it because of this and this and this and this, our emotions causes to do it. The neocortex gives us a story to justify why we did it.
Now the stronger the stimulus to the lizard brain, the more the neocortex will create a story to justify it and make you act on that stimulus. So remember, you first get the stimulus on your Neo, on your lizard brain. Your limbic brain then creates the emotions that cause you to act in the way that you act. And the neocortex builds a story to justify why he actually did it. Okay, how do we create change in our unconscious mind, we already know the unconscious mind, always source from what is familiar. It doesn't judge whether something is good or bad.
It only checks if it's familiar. And if it's familiar, it accepts it attracts it. If it's not familiar, it pushes it away. So in essence, our unconscious mind acts as a sort of GPS, leading us to whatever to more Whatever is written inside of it already. So if you have good feelings inside of you, you will attract more of those good feelings. But if you don't have the feelings inside of you if you have trauma written inside of you, and trauma, as we said does not have to be actual trauma as we normally think of it, it can be anything that the unconscious mind, the meal the lizard brain deems as, as problematic or as threatening, then our GPS is going to lead us to more of those things because that's what familiar.
Now, as we said, our unconscious mind seeks to create on the outside, whatever we hold on the inside, which is where the whole law of attraction comes in, that we attract to us. What we hold inside of us an unconscious level. It's not on a conscious level that we're doing this it's all unconsciously. Now the way to tell where our unconscious GPS is guiding us to look at your life. See what you have over there. Whatever you have there, that's a reflection of what you hold inside.
So if you don't have a lot of money, if you don't have a lot of love, if you don't have a lot of friends inside of you, you're holding traumas or other stories, things that recorded inside on our hearts, slate, and that is what you're attracting more into your life. But as we said, we can change that. Now, you have to remember another thing, and that's that we resist specific things. We resist anything that threatens how we see ourselves and how we are see ourselves is what is written on our unconscious slate. we resist anything that threatens how we think others will see us. We resist anything that threatens what we know to be true.
So when, if you recall, when we if we were when we were three years old, our parents told us that a circle was a triangle, and then we came into first grade. And we learned this trick was a circle. At the beginning we would resist it, we would say No, that's not true. A circle is a triangle only after it was we hypnotized into us that it circles a circle. We then go on saying that circles a circle. We also resist anything that someone else tells us to do.
We didn't actually ask for the help. And adding on to that we resist anything that someone tells us. We didn't come up with it on ourselves, unless we are open, or ask them for that help. Now, all these facts are important. So the use of the Dow process as we'll see later on. So we have the semantic bridge and full absorption.
What does that actually mean? the unconscious mind doesn't know what the differences between what is real and what's pretend. If we're fully absorbed in the process, even if we're only doing it and pretend we will create the changes and what does that mean? How many of you their little children one time. And don't laugh because some people tell me no, they were little children, even though we all were little children. Now, if you were a little child, remember the games used to play those make believe games, maybe it was cops and robbers.
Maybe it was cowboys and Indians, maybe it was playing house, you're playing doctor. Any of those games doesn't make a difference. I remember when I was a child, I used to play cowboys and Indians. And at some point during the game, those little sticks or branches that we use became actual bows and arrows. They were always Indian. They will not just branch and when one of the Cowboys shocked me, I would put my hand over to my chest and fall over backwards dead.
And I was really dead at that point inside the game, because I was fully absorbed in the game. Now some of you don't necessarily remember what you played as pretend as a child. Think about if you watched a really good movie, or read a really good Book and got so involved in the movie or the book that you didn't even realize how much time passed and didn't realize anything going on around you, someone could have called your name but you were too involved in the movie or the book. That's level absorption we want in this processes. Now another thing, I want you to act it out as if you're demonstrating it to an audience. So in this case, we're dealing with the other dial or lever, actually reach out your hand and touch the dial, turn the dial in your hand, your unconscious mind doesn't know the difference.
And if you're actually doing it, you're absorbed in the process, they will believe what you're doing and it will create the changes that you're asking for. Now, at some point during the process, as you'll see, I'm going to also ask you to touch the doll with one hand and point with your other hand to where you feel it inside. This pointing to you feel inside of you. creates a semantic bridge between the inside neurology and the outside neurology the proprioceptive system, which increases your absorption and makes the process that much more powerful. Now you don't have to believe that the system works for it to work. The only thing you have to do is follow the instructions.
If you follow the instructions, you will become absorbed and it will work well. Now, what exactly is gnosis, if gnosis is a state of trance? What is trans? Anytime we go into a memory, where we do skill automatically, such as driving, riding a bike or even reading, writing or multiplication tables, we're in a state of trance, you don't have to think about it. It just happens automatically. So if you go to a good memory, think about something that happened to you when you really really enjoyed it really loved it felt amazing.
You're now going into trance as you're doing that That's fine. That's a good trend. On the other hand, if you go into a bad place to get triggered and you feel something bad inside of you, that's also a trance because it's not happening right now. It's only happening inside your mind. And when you go into trance, it feels like it's happening right now, even if it's not, but we have the ability to break that trance, we have the ability to change it, create the change that we want, and move forward. Now we can create a state trade state of trance through hypnosis, as we said, or through full absorption as we said, and such a way as we do it intentionally, we can then reprogram our unconscious GPS for the things that we want in life as opposed to just let it randomly happen according to what's actually written over there.
When we didn't actually want to record those things. It just happened. So what I'm saying is that we can change what's written inside there in a purposeful manner, so that we can bring in the things We want into our life. Now, it's important to remember that you could never outperform your own level of self esteem or self worth that you have from the inside. And in this course, we're going to learn how to create the changes in our self esteem and are self worth from the inside. So that we can raise our level of performance, it is possible and through years of working with different clients, what I've actually seen is that in most cases, people do not allow themselves to create the change, because they don't believe that they're worthy of it.
They don't believe that they deserve it. They don't have a high enough self esteem to allow the changes to occur. They self sabotage themselves, that won't occur because your self esteem is down there down below. Now as I said, we have the capacity and the ability to remove blockages and to pre program or reprogram Ram, our unconscious mind and our unconscious GPS. Another way that we create these changes is neurochemical method or neuroplasticity. Now one really important hormone that works very strongly in this process is oxytocin.
What is xe tosun? It's a hormone that is released inside the body. It's called the cuddle hormone. Because when you cuddle for long periods of time strongly it's released. It also creates fetishes. It can create addictions, because whatever, when we, whatever we're doing at the time that we have that release of oxytocin, we can get addicted to it.
And it is also a powerful mediator of neuroplasticity. Now, the more oxytocin that hits your system, the faster you change, and the stronger the change is mean that the change stays. Now which ways can we Bring oxytocin into our system. orgasm is a very strong mediator of oxytocin. 20 minutes of intense hugging, brings in lots of oxytocin. laughter, lots of laughter brings in oxytocin.
And chocolate brings in oxytocin. And I, my mentor, David, whenever I went to any of his seminars, he always had loads of chocolate in the back of the room, and he saw people eat as much as you want, because he knows that the more chocolate we eat, the more accidents we will have inside. The more oxytocin we have inside, the greater the changes we'll be able to create within us. To recap, the unconscious mind does not differentiate between what is real and what we envision or act out. The more we act it out. The more we envision it, the stronger we can create change.
The more absorbed we are in the process, the greater the change will be. We have chemicals such as oxytocin that are great neural plasticity creators and help the neuroplasticity stay afterwards. Through HP gnosis we can reach the unconscious mind and create change. The place where we feel the trauma is a semantic address where we store the trauma. The physical attributes we use to describe what we feel are the physical attributes of how we stored the trauma. Small changes made to those attributes can create very large changes inside our life.
