You made it to the end of the frazzled to balance program. I know that there was a lot to learn and a lot to do in this program. So congratulations to you for taking this proactive step in reclaiming control of your life. I really hope you gained some value from our time together. Over the next couple of days, I'm going to be sending you a short survey and I would love to know how I could improve this program to make it even better. Remember that you can always come back for a refresher whenever you feel like you're drifting off course in the future too.

And remember that we're always in the Facebook community to help support and guide and cheer you on. So make sure you stay connected. And before I let you loose, I just want to give you a couple of final reminders. Remember that you have the power to control the way you live your life. keep reminding yourself that you have a choice about how you spend your time. Make intentional decisions about where you focus your attention, and I promise that feeling of chaos and overwhelm is going to fade away.

There may be moments of craziness from time to time that's just par for the course as a working parent. But if you continue to implement what you've learned in this program and keep up that daily practice over time, I know you're gonna feel a lot less frazzled and a lot more balanced.
