Welcome back. Today we are going to work on collapse. So now we're going to add on another little component to it and make our flat ball changes. They're super fun. So to start with, we have our ball changes. And all that is is a shift of weight from the ball of one foot to the ball of the other foot.
So it's really not bad at all. I'm just going to practice with you a little bit. So I'm going to be up on the my tiptoes up on the balls, my feet having one foot slightly behind me and all I'm gonna do is just shift back and forth. Yeah, almost like you're rocking. Just like that. Okay, you can do it either foot in front.
Yeah, and then you can even do it side to side. Again, it's just that change of weight from One ball of the foot to the other ball. But so super simple. Okay, you already know your pull ups. quick recap. That was a brush step to go forwards or a push back to go backwards.
Yes. So when we put them together, we're going to do a full lap ball change and it goes fall lap. I leave my feet where they are right there. I'm going to do ball change. So again, it goes, well lap. ball change, okay?
Now again, in theory, if I am traveling, I'm going to continue to alternate my feet. So it's gonna go fall lap, ball change. Now my left lap ball change. Okay. So I'm going to start kind of further back just like I did with the flaps, go towards you, and then away from you. And then I'll also show you the side version.
So we have lap ball change. ball change for lap ball. Change, ball change. Okay, heading this way. Fall lap ball change, ball change, ball change, ball change. Okay, now we go to the side, I have, oh, ball change, ball change and back.
Good. So there you have your flat ball changes heading forwards. We're gonna do the same thing except backwards now. And so it's the exact same concept. I'm gonna do my filat backwards. Then I'm going to do front foot, back foot, and that's my ball change.
So again, I always do the flat first and then from there, I think Keep my feet where they are. And I'm going to do front foot, back foot. Yeah. So it's an exact reversal of what you did to the front. The front was a lap forward and they went back friends. When I go backwards, I'm going to do four laps backwards, front to back.
Okay, so I'm going to show you a couple versions starting up here we have lap doll change, lap ball, change. ball change, flap, ball change, ball change. Okay. We have and heading back There you go. Changes Good job.
