10 Years ago, I had one of my mentors. And yes, I have mentors and you should to find a mentor who helps you grow. Find a mentor, who helps you learn find a mentor who has your best interest in his or her heart. My mentor once told me, Jason, you got to give up control of everything sometimes. And he was right because I was constantly doing all the work myself. So one day I started delegating tasks to a new employee, another employee, freelancers, contractors, and I started delegating workout.
It was getting done. I was becoming a project manager, I was becoming a manager of all these people. And I was doing less work but getting more work in from the outside world because I was able to handle the influx because of all the people that I was now working with. So my companies grew and grew and grew. Thanks to that bit of advice. Now, it's hard to give up control but you have to, if you don't give up Control, you're going to be what I was like, you know, 15 years ago I was you know, tired and miserable and, and really overworked and, and not growing.
So you have to get others involved in your startups or your companies or your businesses and you have to trust them.
