Very, very powerful acupressure point, let's do it together. It's called unmeasured. And this is usually nobody knows about why? Because it's not on any meridian. It's actually independent and they found it. The unmanned is the translation called peaceful sleep, as they call peaceful sleep.

Bring the earth energy up to the brain. And then from the brain, take the heat off. It's sh like, like, be quiet. Yeah. And you're taking the heat off the brain. You're turning any bringing cooling energy from the earth to the brain, cool blue energy and excel in a whisper.

Inhale, cooling blue energy. Turning to the front. There's like you're releasing from the brain, all the chatter and all the voices. So you just kind of clearing the brain. You're bringing supportive energy from the earth. And when you turn to the front you're just turning.

Then do a little even whisper does sound softer To the brain and release the energy down to the earth one more How's it feel? peaceful? Yeah, yeah. Ah, it's up to you. It's up to you. Yeah, you can do you can do before or after.
