Head rotations this exercise can be performed standing or sitting. Throughout this exercise maintain the sense that the movement originates from in between the two ears as mentioned in the neck awareness exercise. If at any time during this exercise you feel any pain or discomfort in the neck, please ease back. Imagine there is a pencil taped to the tip of your nose pointing out in front of your face. Try to slowly draw 10 small circles with your imaginary pencil in each direction. Now slowly draw 10 medium circles in each direction Finally, draw 10 large circles slowly in each direction.
