My name is Dr. Hood shaker. I'm a medical doctor, a medical researcher and a health coach. And here I'm going to give you 10 steps to help you lose weight, get fit, get lean permanently and sustainably with my eat more mu smart mini course. In this short video, I'm going to give you a summary of the whole approach what your aim is with this course and expand on it in the next 10 steps. 80% of your results with regards to losing weight comes from your diet and 20% from your exercise.

And the aim is with your diet, not to eat less but eat more and with exercise not to move more, but move smart. What do we mean by this? With regards to your diet your aim after you learn all 10 steps is to maximize good nutrient dense foods, in particular non starchy vegetables, healthy protein and good fats and minimize less nutrient dense and harmful foods, which basically means most carbohydrates and bad fats with regards to exercise, I'm going to convince To the best exercise you need to do a high intensity bodyweight exercises supplemented with light dumbbells and do this two to three times a week consistently to achieve your goals. Let's go straight into talking about the 10 steps that will help you to eat more and move smart.
