Hello, welcome to our online course improve your sleep. lovely to see you here. I'm Megan Smith, and I'm going to show you around, we're going to have a look at what is in this course, we're going to just have a brief introduction of me merrigan Smith and why I have written this course, we're going to have a look at how to use the material in the course and then get to started. So, what's in the course First of all, we're going to be having a look at understanding your sleep, understanding how you're sleeping, so recording your sleep patterns, and understanding what its meaning and what we might have to look at changing. We will be covering your sleep and your life and the interaction between the two. And of course your health and your sleep.
We'll be looking at natural rhythms We'll be looking at essential oils, homeopathy, exercise, food, drink, yoga, breathing. And we'll be covering some exercises for you to get in the habit of doing. So breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, we'll be looking at thought management and anxiety control. We'll be looking at stress relief because we find that that is often very, very helpful with sleeping issues. We'll be looking at changing patterns. We'll be looking at creating new habits, and improving your health overall.
So first of all, a little bit about me. I'm Mary green Smith, I'm a classical homeopath. And I help people kickstart their journey back to health. I work with people improving health and life and often the two are very related. As is sleep with health and life ambitions to, I live on a boat, I travel while I work, I live with my dog and my husband's and my dog is Lily. And I practice what I preach.
So everything you'll find in this course, are things that I do myself and have experience of. So the course you can do in any order, you can return to the bits that you need to practice, you can download the exercises, so it's easy for you to do anywhere. You can take as long as you'd like to do the course. And there are no tests, no exams, there are no certificates, because what you'll gain from this course, is better health and better sleep.
