One of the most important aspects of this philosophy is using water as Amanda said, when we say hydration we do mean four pints of water a day is a minimum, but also avoided diuretics, your teas, your coffees, caffeinated drinks, sugary based drinks alcohol, also processed, though, they all actually act as a dehydrator. There's other lifestyle factors that can cause dehydration, as well as stress on the body and unresolved emotions, too much travel on airplanes or rushing around too much adrenaline based work. And so not taking the time not taking time and space to be centered or more peaceful can have a dehydrated effect. Also, closing that may be synthetic that can have a dehydrated effect on the body because synthetics do cause stress in the system, alongside pesticides and all the other factors that might come into the body through environment. The biggest thing we could do to really account for Balance all this is the four pints of water that has a good pH of seven bucks.

And also thinking about what we put into that water. So maybe organics nice lemon, organic line best ginger, so you're hydrating your body naturally with the water and then you're using the lemon and the gingers recap the liver and the kidney function. When we look at water, we want to think about the best quality we can find for us. So if it is actually filtering your water sand through one of these simply simple Britta jokes then you know, that's a good start. But ideally, you'd want to think about maybe having a water system in built into the house. Or you could actually look at thinking about having water delivered to the house which is Distilled or processed in a very natural way.

Distilled water is only used for short term for detoxification. It's not a water that we could be using long term because it's completely devoid of minerals, but short term it can be Really useful for a cleanse. Reverse osmosis is more suitable for long term use where the minerals are within the water and basically want to use the principles that are contained in the water to a pH of seven paths of finding a walker that's going to be purer than the one you're currently using, which means from the town. So for example, if you are buying involves a doctor there is the problem of water being in plastics. And so longer term over menu you might not want to use that approach even though it could be okay short term and a better option from using straight tap water to find a way to go to any water, you can put lemon lime in the water, you could use a pinch of pink Himalayan salt and the fish have been completed so they do actually change the water and the energy.

And also we have found toxins through research and scientific research and through a number of people out there. It's The media that we can actually change the quality of water by thought process about it in a positive way. So those people who do healing, you can see how healing works on the physical body, we actually hold in a glass of water with our hands. actually giving positive thought to that, you may find that the water structure can change in that circumstance. So at this stage, you want to be thinking about the best possible water, one that's improved on what you've been using prior, and ideally a water filtration system. And from there, then your body will actually have the media to hear so the four pints of water in the body, then that's the starting point.

And then we think about using water rich foods, and that would mean hydrates in the diet. So looking at, obviously the fruits and vegetables, the high water, but if you're cooking things like brown rice, quinoa, buckwheat, you'd want to be so close with these data. For the fully hydrated people cooking nuts and seeds, they can be quite dry and dried fruits. Also, they would need to be soaked for a minimum two hours and then you discard the water and put that those foods into the meal. So anything that's slightly dry it like bread, rice cakes or cupcakes, they will have a dehydrated effect and therefore will increase histamine and adrenalin within the body. So the first stage of hydration, what that really means is avoiding all dehydrated foods, soaking anything that you think will have a dehydrated factor, and including that minimum four pints of water a day, cutting out the tea and coffee, alcohol, processed sugar processed cells and reducing stress and that may be a gradual thing over the course of many months or even years.

But the focus of this stage for true hydration would mean really getting as much water which foods into the diet and drinking that minimum. pints. Now passing depending on how long you've been dehydrated, it can take longer to hydrate again, usually about two years for the average person, but certainly after drinking water for for 10 days or that will have been to switch off some of those to try to pad long standing, such as dry skin bloating, also allergies. So it can make a difference with those things quite quickly. And also think remember that when we're chronically dehydrated, the first will actually switch off. And so sometimes initially, you might not want to drink but if you could use the water medicinally thinking about one pipe for three to four times a day, and making sure you're not drinking more than one type of water per hour that will allow your system to hydrate gradually.

And some people do say well they find that they used to do it after the first quarter that it can be an actual thing the first three weeks uses We'll learn how to use that water efficiently longer term. So just be aware that if you are putting the four packs of water in the teas and coffees the caffeinated drinks needs to be down to maximum two a day. If you're drinking more than two caffeinated drinks a day, any water that you're taking is going to be excreted the dialectic process of caffeine. So, be aware that you can go to the zoo quite a lot if you combine in the four pints of water with a lot of caffeine. So you want to be bringing the company two drinks down to no more than two a day, ideally, no caffeine, and then increasing the water gradually. And it can really make a difference to drink that water water so that your body is actually learning to manage the absorption of it very gradually.

So don't really have that water. And over time, your system will efficiently use that water and what can really benefit from that is that there can be ways to close also that we'll reduce because what's interesting is when you're dehydrated, we produce more histamine and adrenaline. So when you're more hydrated, you're actually going to produce less of those things. When we're dehydrated, we actually do produce more water stress hormones, and so that can really make a difference long term. Also, when we're more hydrated, we produce less cholesterol. So when we're hydrating properly, we're actually reducing our cholesterol within the body.

So cholesterol adrenaline, histamine levels reduce rapidly, then you've got your minimum four pints of water and, and also water is linked with the kidney and bladder energy in the Chinese system. So when we're actually drinking more water, we're less fearful or less anxious and more in the flow of life.
