You've got a great definition out by now of your learner and everything about them you can think of, it's time to talk about what is it they don't know, or can't do that you're going to help them with. What is it that my folks can't do? How do I know they can't do it have 25 people come and told you they want you to do this course, is their data or evidence shows you what they're not able to do? What's the gap? They're closing, if there's no gap, you don't need training. Sometimes it's policy.
Sometimes it's procedures. Sometimes it's perception. Sometimes it's how the instructions were written. Your challenge now is to figure out what is it that I think they don't know or can't do that I'm going to help them master and that's a lot of fun. Have a good time with it.
