Hey everybody, I'm really glad you're here with me. This is the first session of the build winning courses workshop. And this is step one, defining deed. This is where we're going to learn how do you figure out if it's a course you really want to build? Is it commercial might it be? Well, the marketing.
Now the first thing I want you to do is go out and download the form for step one, define need. This got some blank spaces on it, we can make some notes. It's got a checklist you can use, download it and save it because you're going to reuse this puppy a lot. I promise. When you have that form downloaded. Take a moment think about a course that you want to develop or that maybe you've already developed and you want to see if you can improve its performance.
When you get ready, come back into the workshop. It's self paced, and have a look and see how you can use what I talked about in defining need to help you jack this course up. We're going to have some fun. Let's get going Morning, it's a great day here in my hood the dogs are barking, the birds are chirping, there's all kinds of stuff happening. And what I want to talk to you about is your because what is your because why do you want to do the course you want to do? Is it because you are the absolute best at what you do and you've got the data and the numbers to back it up.
And you want to bring other people along with you. Is it because it's a legacy maybe you're maturing in your work and you want to leave something behind that everybody can find? What is your because I'll tell you this, when you have a good strong because then other people buy into, you've got something that helps you jump your sales dramatically because because gives you a way to connect everything that you're doing to a strong motivator for your audience for the people you're working to sell. What is your cost for developing the course or working on Hey did you take time to think through your because and make note of it, just checking. It's always a great idea to do each activities that come up. Because this is successive learning everything builds on the step before it
