Alright, so I just wanted to throw another idea out there for you guys just talking about sacrifice and self discipline and things like that. I actually took a 30 day challenge called the 30 days of discipline a few months ago, where basically you have to follow a series of you got a follow up series of different things. I ended up basically building a whole blog focused around the challenge, and I made a whole YouTube thing about it and did a bunch of stuff with it, and ended up teaming up with the creator Victor, to actually create a Udemy course where we present the same course. And I talk a lot about all these similar things. So I want to reference that in this course, because I think it is something you could do to really help you save a lot more time. have more energy, just be overall a lot more effective throughout your day.
It really is kind of driven more towards men. I guess there are you could technically do this as a woman but you know, there's a few things that you can definitely tell are more geared towards But I mean, the basis of it is, you know, you're waking up every day really early, you're doing some daily bodyweight exercises, you're dressing your best every day, you're doing it to do list, you're not making excuses, you have a definitive goal of like one thing you're really working on. So that might be like building a blog or building, you know, something else that's gonna help you. And then again, I actually cover more in depth, my experience on not playing video games, not drinking alcohol and not watching any TV for 30 days. So this is a great thing you could actually take a look at. You can see here, the reviews are really positive, and a lot of people are really loving it.
So this is just something I wanted to throw out there. Because doing a discipline challenge like this is really going to help you kind of get your life on track. And it definitely helped me when I first took this kind of changed my perspective on a lot of things. And if you're working a job right now, you can still do this challenge and you're going to have more time in your day to be able to accomplish the things that are gonna allow you to have success.
