So in this video, I wanted to show you another tool that's sort of I don't want to say it's 100%, similar to Evernote, but it's designed to basically set up a to do list. You can organize organize things into categories, you can sort things into projects. So maybe if you're working on like a website for someone and you have a list of things to do for that website, you could organize that into a project. So what I really like about this tool is in comparison to Evernote, you just sort of check off what you've done. And it will then put it into a completed category. And then from there, you can also sort things by priority, so you can have a priority list.
You can have stuff that repeats. So like I've got a to do list of things I'll show you. I actually haven't done some of these in a little while but it's sort of just like cleaning up tasks like doing dishes, cleaning rooms around the house like feeding my cats and you know cleaning up the cat poop, things like that, you know, that just make it a little easier for me to kind of keep track of what I've done. And that's just sort of how I like to work. The other thing that I've done with this tool is you can actually sort of designate how much time it's going to take. So I've got here like, you know, do my workout for today, and I've marked it as that it's gonna take 30 minutes.
So that's something really easy for me to go through, you know, I know that probably, it's gonna take me a good hour to put away all the laundry that I need to do stuff like that, that are just really easy to kind of figure that out with this. The other great thing about this tool and haven't set it up is you can actually set up a pro account which does cost money. And you can add people and then kind of like work in sync to accomplish things. So it's a pretty cool tool. If you've ever heard of a person by the name of Michael Hyatt, he actually recommended this through a blog post and that was how I discovered it and he had talked about using all these different productivity tools including Evernote for many years and decided on this one and I've been pretty impressed with it so far.
Usually I've checked out some others myself and just kind of found myself always going back to Evernote, but I really Do like this one because especially because of the time and sort of priorities, the projects, how you can sort of organize everything.
