Before I completely below the top of your head off, let me tell you why this course is so unusual in relation to changing the way you experience anger. What's gonna happen in this training is that you're going to start to see how the mind actually works to create your first experience. Now, when you come awake to how the mind really works to create your experience, it's like we just gonna blow the top of your head right or the whole world will look different to you. And it will look different to you and it will feel different to you. Because we have a fundamental misunderstanding about how the world works to create a feeling experience. Anger is a feeling experience just like anything else, just like sadness, frustration, joy, happiness, empty contentment, these feeling experiences we have a misunderstanding about.
We have always felt as though this experience To come from the outside in our brain is so seamless, and making that experience seamless that comes from the outside in. And so we respond to the outside world as though it is to blame for our feelings. But that is really not true. And when you start to see that everything in your life will start to change. Because you will start to see how you are creating your feeling how you are creating your activity based on the conditioning of your past experience based on the understanding or the misunderstanding that you made on that past experience. And those conditionings and those misunderstandings are creating a filter through which you currently see everything.
And that filter, we're going to change not by changing your past experience, not by even going into your past experience and having to mess with it or deal with it or somehow get rid of the trauma of it. No, simply by knowing that it comes from a past experience. We have the power to no longer reactor. So it's Really, really simple to get rid of anger. And it's really, really powerful to get rid of that now. Because although those of us who have experienced anger Gilkey know, we know that anger has a really, really positive side, and a really negative side.
On the positive side, it allows us to feel powerful, it allows us to feel strong, it allows us to stand up for ourselves to right the wrongs of the world as you perceive them. But on a negative side, when we spend a lot of time being angry, we damage relationships. We damage our own experience of peace and calm and happiness in the world. We caught all sorts of answers, we waste a whole lot of our time that could have been spent somewhere else on the littlest most unimportant things of life. So wouldn't it be cool if without having to concentrate so hard every time without having to do anything without having to really even learn any techniques or methodologies? If you could just start to understand the world in a new way to understand your filter in a new way to understand how the world is coming to you in a brand new way if you did and would no longer be an issue so that sounds good to you.
