Now you probably have a very good idea what anger is doing to damage your life. If not, you probably would not afford this course. But just in this moment, it's useful to revisit those ideas. Because a strong motivation to move past a feeling is going to keep you sticking to this program. It's going to keep you sticking to the practice of awareness, that will change everything for you. How strongly Are you motivated to change this thing?
What is anger doing in your life? That is damaging relationships? That is harming your children or your your partner or your business? What is it doing in your life that's causing chaos? What's it doing in your life? That's decreasing your ability to love fully, joyfully, happily in each moment.
Getting a handle on that is going to help to motivate you to stick with the program. So it's been some time thinking about that.
