And finally, the last thing I want to say about money me, although many years, all the time is that money is that voice in your head that tells you who you are, how you function in the world, whether you're safe or unsafe, whether you need to take care of yourself in a situation, or whether you can just relax and be perfectly comfortable with whatever anybody else is getting up to, or whatever the outcome of a situation might be. Many is the constant chatter about what's going on and who you are, and how you should be responding in a situation. Now, just because we have this chatter in our head, does not mean that we have to respond accordingly. Just because money is busy telling you that you are unsafe does not mean that you are in fact as fake. It doesn't actually mean that you have to protect yourself or defend against a situation So if you could notice that the chatter that many me is going on about is all conditioning.

It's past experience, that is just coming up in some random way. Rain is essentially just farting. These ideas are because they've come before and they're coming again, if you learn something in your past that may or may not have validity right now. And if you could treat that chapter accordingly, well, then something big would happen for you. And that is that you would have the capacity to hear the chatter and not respond. to just leave it as though it had no meaning at all.

Well, anger is the response to things that are going on in that chatter, their response to the things that many me's telling you are happening. So if you didn't believe everything that he said, then you wouldn't have to respond to all of these things. And wouldn't that be amazing? So now, if many was in fact, a roommate that lived with you in a tiny little room, and you couldn't get rid of them, what would you do to me? Most of my clients say something like, I've kicked them out the door, I shoot them in the face, or I've murdered them on the sly. Wouldn't you love to move that voice in your head that gets you into so much trouble for no good reason?

Look, the truth is, there's nothing you can do about the voice in your head. It's going to keep on chattering that is the nature of the way that we are made. And it's going to keep on chattering around things that we have a negative bias towards and the things that we're afraid of and all that kind of stuff that we've been conditioned towards, because that is the nature of how we are created. And we have to learn to live with the nature of how we are created. And so the art is really not so much to worry about what many nice saying we don't have to get rid of many. We don't have to stop many me from talking nonsense in our brain.

We don't have to stop me from going in there. direction. All we need is awareness that this chatter is only that, that there is nothing that I have to do about the fact that my roommate is a complete lunatic running around acting like a savage, acting like the world's gonna fall down acting like we're constantly under attack and we have to defend ourselves. I can just ignore that. There's nothing I have to do about it to fix it. There's nothing I have to do in response to it.

So we have to work with the nature of how the mind is created. Notice that many mirrors doing thing but also notice that this is just our roommate speaking. There is no truth in it. There's no validity in it and there's nothing we have to do about it.
